And Saul, Todd, Lydia, Ted, Marie, Gretchen & Elliot, Jesse's dealers ... he's missing half the major characters and a lot of the motivation. Also several important plot points are wrong, e.g. Gale being "hired on" after Gus got fed up with Walt (he was working for Gus before Walt and was the one who recommended Walt), Jane turning Jesse against Walt (she didn't even know who Walt was until the day she died), Jesse joining forces with Hank against Walt because he "felt manipulated" (it was actually because of Brock's poisoning), etc.

Ah, it was "52" at the diner. Looks like "50" with turkey bacon (yuck) in season 1 and "51" sometime in between. OK, I thought that was too much drama to pack into one year. Two years makes a bit more sense.

Jesse was just a drama queen who wasn't even remotely cut out for the thug life even though he got into the meth business way before Walt did. It's a great irony of the show that his former chemistry teacher was tougher than him and could better adapt to the world of organised crime.
