Im going to go out on a limb here, and say that they were on an excursion through the cruise line that came back late to port. That's why theyre walking so slow. Not only are they probably tired (excursion, that port in Cozumel is long), the cruise ship WILL WAIT FOR YOU **IF** you are on a CRUISE SPONSORED excursion that arrived to port late. They MUST wait a reasonable amount of time for you to get back. I was late one time due to Puerta Maya, there was an 18 wheeler that went off road. Took js 4 hours on a normally 2 hour trip. The ship waited and everyone was acting like we were late on purpose.
Liverpool John Lennon airport, seen it twice already where passengers kicking off at the gate for being refused onto the flight for taking too long going to the gate. "Go to Gate" doesnt mean finish pint/meals", it doesnt mean stop off at duty free, it doesnt mean stop off at the bathroom taking 5/10 mins, go to gate means go to gate!! No sympathy for those who just dont follow one basic instruction which is watch the screen and go straight to gate the very second it says go to gate as that's how all airports work globally!! Literally, spending too long in the bathroom can cost you your entire holiday and group if they had to wait for you! Airports you have to do exactly as your told and when your told to do it and some people dont understand how the airport system works!!
Geeze take pride in your country. If I seen a fellow American while traveling abroad I would definitely associate and talk to them....well maybe not these two in the video just because they look waisted! All the people in comments acting like there to good to talk to people from there own country tells you a lot about there character. Shameful! I'm proud to live in Kentucky where people are friendly,work hard and respect everyone. 🙏
To be fair the pier is very long. If you are not conditioned to run and you are carrying bags even if you want to run with all your might, you’re not going to make it. I’ve been tired just walking it.
Cruise 227 your right.. It happened to a cruise we were on.... A couple were late in the med.. Captain ordered the gang plank stowed..... THEY PANICKED AND RAN THE LAST 600 YARDS QUICKER THAN HUSSAIN BOLT..... AND BOY DID THEY GET SOME CHOICE COMMENTS ON BOARD....... THEY ENDED UP A TABLE FOR TWO OUT OF EVERYONES WAY....
Back in 1993 we missed our time because we spent the whole day in Carlos n Charlie's. But that was a different time. They sent ship stewards to the bar to retrieve us & another couple & a small boat took us to the ship. I never realized how kind that was snd I certainly wouldn't date do that today.

Since alot of famous people get canceled for tweets done 10+ years ago these people and their relatives/ family should be banned from all cruises in the world for more than 10+, just a suggetion.... this is very disrespectful and obnoxious...
Americans are known in france to be big tip givers but highly disrespectful and often ignorant clients leaving products left like trash behind for store staff to pick up- a messed up entitled attitude. But sometimes there are nice surprises. On the other end, Spanish tourists were famous for being really cool and fun even though they are known not to give any tips lol. I wonder how french tourists are seen in the US and other countries.
Italians act just the same!!!! They are sure that the world turns around them. I'm Italian but absolutely on time especially when ither ppl are involved.
