I'd say it was one of the best Overlord fights so far.

Atleast in the novel Evil eye fought a weaker foe and figured out the insect thing, here she just pops in with RAID on hand

I think that was the point. Notice how Momon, Ainz, Pandora's Actor, EvilEye, Entoma and the face-masks the guardians wear are animationless? I bet it was more than 5% saved overall.

Dominick Destine actually, in the LN, they had the masks. It's even stated that they don't move.

Jonathan Becerra it's difficult to judge, but i think the blue roses are mostly high 40, with evileye being high 50, then the pleides being 60's across the board. i could be wrong though.

Yal Rathol Theres an official stat page that shows Entoma as total level 51, and Tia and Gagaran were totally outmatched so I figure theyd have to be quite a bit lower

Everyone is below 40 except Evileye, you will know in the next season because there's a certain skill from Demiurge that only affect below level 40.

From Pleiades wiki. Yuri is a Tank. She plays this role due to her immunity to, at least, low tier CC/Degen. Nabe & Shizu(Delta) are DPS (Attackers). Nabe has high (8th tier) magic dmg while Shizu has extremely high phy atk(67) for her ranged dmg. Lupusregina is the healer. While she can perform well in Holy-based atks it isn't her specialty. She is a "Cleric" which primarily focuses in Healing/Support. Solution is the Assassin. She specializes in Poison and her moldable body allows her body to form w/e she wishes to disguise herself as. This can also be used to remove toxins from someone she encases, as we saw with Tsuare. That means she can serve a support role. Idealy, if she is placed in direct combat, she is with one of the attackers so that she can mold around them and inject poison into enemies that came into striking range. Entoma is the Wildcard. Her specialty is summoning Insects. Said insects can do many different things depending on the insect. They can Tank, CC, Perform Ranged dmg or Support allies. While none of them are as effective in one field as a maid of that field she can still perform every role with the help of her insects. However, as we saw with her firght with Evil Eye and company, she is not fit for direct combat herself. So, it is best to think of her as a Summoner in most cases as without her Insects she holds little value in combat, which is why she lost when Evil Eye began using Insectacide magic to kill her minions/Insects.

Which makes you wonder what kind of gimmick design the last sister, current Pleiades commander, Aureole have.

503leafy she was actually kicking ass combat wise until Evileye pulled out literally the most convenient counter attack to Entoma's race. If it wasn't for that insecticide spell things would likely have more grim for the blue roses

Entoma got really unlucky. Just before the Anime starts, it'd detailed in the light novel how Evil Eye fought a different foe (obviously much weaker) and developed the spell to fight it.

Also, entoma is more of a support build than a direct damage dealer. So she basically tore apart the tank/melee dps as a support class. Like imagine playing a priest and just caving in the skull of a warrior with your staff.

Entoma also has superior gear, which is why despite her being slightly lower lv than EvilEye, she is able to outmatch her barring her weakness Also in a mmo, even a support class can outfight a combat focus class if the former is almost double in level compared to the latter

Yep, three on one, their highest level member having a hard counter for like 90% of entomas skills, and it STILL took them every consumable they had to wear her down. And entoma isnt even a front line fighter with the battle maids. Just to put the final sauce on the plate of just how screwed this world is. The battle maids are the weakest combat npcs in nazarick. So three on one against a support class by one of the most powerful teams of adventurers in the world when they had a hard counter for her as one of the weakest fighters nazarick can offer..... barely squeaked a win. Yikes.

@attacky Read the LN. Preferably from the beginning. There's alot of information that the anime doesn't cover. But, if you don't want to read from the beginning, start at the 10th volume, but I highly suggest you start from the beginning. You can find all the fan translated novels on the r/overlord sub reddit

Also, Entoma is a support character and she was still mostly dominating. Yuri Alpha is the *same level* as Entoma and the fight between her and Evileye was so one sided and Yuri wasn't even trying, despite Evileye needing to use her best spells just to hang on.

@@SnowyWolborg its mostly because Vermin bane is such an absurd HARD counter to Entoma.

I'd like to note that... being from nazarik, entoma's maid uniform is a pretty top tier item. it also gives her a bit of an edge. This does not diminish the fact that it took all their potions, a hard counter, and 3v1 fighting to win.

Entoma is level 51 I think, whereas Evileye is about level 45. Tia/Gagaran are about level 32. The LN says if Evileye fought her head on by herself, even with Vermin Bane, she still would've lost. Tia/Gagaran's ability to distract and tank a couple hits was vital to Evileye's success. Without them, Entoma would've ran Evileye down and ripped her to shreds.

entoma uses a voice bug, its like a leech that eats the vocal cords of a person and imitateshis voice by putting it on someone else throat... so basically, entoma killed a little girl by making a bug eat her throat from the inside and stealing her voice because she hates her real voice, well, ot hate it but dont consider it a pleasant voice to use to talk to a supreme bein. in novel 8 i think, she ask for the corpse of a gir mercenary captured in nazarick to get her voice
