It's highly dependent on your level of awareness, not to mention a test's bias for certain functions and its conflation of certain activities with functions all make tests highly unreliable in my opinion. If you really want to know your type, learn about cognitive functions and the theory behind MBTI.

You think that when people fear someone, the one being feared is in control, however, that's simply not true and quite delusional. If you look at it objectively, why would you be in control when people are cautious around you, it's merely a projection of your own insecurities and fear of not being in control that generally stems from trauma. Choosing to be feared implies that you believe people already fear you which inflates your ego even more. You want to be competent and your ego deludes you into thinking that, if you truly were competent you would never write such a rhetorical question where your intentions behind it are so obvious. When you're disrespected the one in control is you, the other person disrespecting you anticipates that you'll do nothing about it because disrespecting people is the want for others to fear you and give you invalid respect. If you endure disrespect from other people without showing signs of restraint, it will create the false image that you can be walked over effortlessly, play your cards right, and they'll drop their guard around you subconsciously. Oddly enough, the easiest way to acquire true respect is the gift of respect to others, if you can't do so then you first need to respect yourself because you can't give people what you don't have, and that is the beauty of kindness. Competence and intelligence will eventually shift toward kindness for it recognizes what true strength entails. Stop trying to control the chaos of this world, control yourself instead and master the art of self-improvement. A famous quote: "if you spend your time chasing butterflies, they'll fly away. if you spend your time making a beautiful garden the butterflies will come to you, and if they don't come, then you still have a beautiful garden.".
