Entropy seems like a mysterious force, but in reality it's just that somethings are much more likely to happen than others. This is the driving force for almost all of chemistry
In that example I was freezing it at -10C (263 K) to show that it is spontaneous. If I did it at 273 K it would give a delta G of zero, which is neither spontaneous nor non spontaneous.
