I think it's the worst field... I'm in this field and for few couples of years, there are no such growth opportunities in these fields as compared to other fields..until you do a Ph.D. especially in the corporate sector. and

Very good initiative dear. Basic process is to do bsc and then msc in environmental science. I will suggest to do from govt college only. After msc ..clear your UGC NET exam. This will help in building career
Madam. I have applied for Diatance PG in Environmental science from Br Ambedkar universities. Is it equally valued compared to genral PG. Iam i eligible for Doing PG further and im i availed with all sort of benifits of regular PG??
Well my suggestion would be that don't go for pg again.. Why don't you write exams for govt jobs or apply for the jobs directly as mentioned in the video. If you can clear interview then it doesn't matter whether u have done pg or distance education. All the best dear

I don't know about ecological science but environmental technology and biotechnology students can join IIM pune and Delhi..many govt jobs are also there . But clearing the entrance exams is also important

hello dear. all your options goes in different directions. if you really want to do research then do MSc botany or life sciences and pursue PhD. if you want job then do MBA. Forensic sciences is also good option but it will be totally another field. I do teach forensic science...you can do phd in this also. if u wish.

Don't quit your job ...there are various opportunities but they will not hire you.. I'm an environmental science student, I passed in 2020, applied in so many organisation, institute, company but didn't receive any respond, it's hard to find place in this field...

@@sajumani100 no. After btech biotech.. Don't go for environmental science... Continue with biotech only because you can still get jobs related to environmental science. That's the benefit of doing biotech. You can enter any field anytime

Frankly speaking in India the opportunity is less ...it's always good to go abroad and come back. Then even in company you can get many opportunities related to the course. If interested in going abroad..let me know

Hello Ma'am. I am getting Bsc(Hons) Zoology in DU and Integrated MSc Environmental Science in Central University Of Rajasthan in Ajmer through CUET. I am very confused in choosing either of the two inspite of being inclined towards ES because my relatives keep reminding me that there are no career opportunities in the said field and it's stupid to choose anything but DU because of its reputation. Yes for teaching you can get but unfortunately only temporary. If you want to try for permanent position then you should write ugc net exam in environmental science or csir life science net exam. Then in both case you have good opportunities for teaching. Because from July 2021 it's compulsory to have net exam qualify even if you don't go for PhD.

My suggestion would be to go for broad area course because that will give more opportunities in future. If u take specific course like climate change....the opportunity will be narrowed

If you opt for Environmental sciences then it also focuses on preserving and managing natural resources. on the other hand, Environmental studies also include political, economic, and social aspects related to the environment, topics which include sustainability. Getting jobs in EVs is totally on u dear... private or govt college doesn't matter. For jobs there is always a entrance exams to be cleared. Even if you go for teaching then u need to clear UGC net exam. Hope this helps you to clear your doubts

It doesn't matter much from where u do the course..... To get any good govt sector jobs you need to qualify the national level. Entrance exam... Like UGCnet or conducted by central pollution board etc.

Hi. I don't have the latest knowledge about this, but majority mba students go for mnc companies..and as such no scope in environment or sustainability field. I would recommend to do MBA in biotech..if MBA is your goal
