@@itsjustacomment454 The NBA All-Star game is a ridiculous joke. It certainly wasn’t always this way, but it is now. The NBA in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s was so much more enjoyable to watch. Fortunately the actual games aren’t like the All-Star game, but they’re trending that way…..strong defense is a beautiful thing to watch. Bring it back.

I pick NC State to be in the Final 4. Reasoning coming into it, they beat Duke, Virginia, and UNC. Now, in all honesty, I thought Houston would be them, of course initially thinking the elite 8 would have Houston vs NC State.

I find it hard to say Purdue and Houston are/were at the caliber of UConn this year. Both of those teams were unable to secure their conference championships.

Because Purdue this year has a habit of playing with their food. They go down by double digits early, then drop the hammer. Also happened against Tennessee and Gonzaga, both times Purdue beat them this year. Arizona too.

Purdue/refs flat robbed Vols - shot 22 MORE FREE THROWS than Tennessee! In 2 games vs Purdue vols shot 41 fewer FTs additionally, Edey played 72 minutes and was whistled for ONLY 3 fouls, ridiculous!!

I find it funny how folks aren’t even willing to talk about Bama. If Bama isn’t able to shoot the three, then it’s probably over. But, if Bama is hitting the three like they did against unc and clemson, and for most of the season, Bama wins. Uconn’s center would become irrelevant.

Game will be in a dome. Teams shoot worse in domes. Last I checked Caitlin Clark isn't playing on Bama, so they're not going to hit heavily contested logo 3s. Clingan hitting 100% of his 2s putting up 30 won't be irrelevant. Bama hit 19 3s against Purdue and still lost.

And I'll add this: as a Purdue fan, I love DJ Burns and I'll bet a lot of our fans would say the same. His attitude and joy reminds me of Lance Jones. Hard not to love a guy that works hard and has fun doing it, being competitive but not dirty or crass at all.

Gary Parrish is the best college basketball reporter/podcaster in the country. He’s fun and interesting to listen to. Norlander is great as well. These two are SO MUCH BETTER than those goofballs at Field of 68. Dauster is the only decent one at FO68. Goodman is not the brightest guy….to put it nicely. Then there’s the chubby one at FO68. How did he even get into sportscasting???? 🙄🤯

I used to love this podcast. I’m done with this basketball podcast. Houston, Purdue, and UConn best teams all season. Possibly, but to disregard the other #1 seed is absolutely positively disgraceful and disrespectful. FOREVER I LOVE CAROLINA 🩵🩵🩵🩵🐏4️⃣
