Thanks for your answer JD hi all, i found the solution... Go to settings Factory reset (PW: 126) And on the radio section change to your location. Default is China. Best regards

I don't understand... You seem to be the first person I have seen online who actually gives this product a good review. Everyone else says that it is junk and breaks (blank screens, not even starting, touchscreen not working, buttons breaking, etc.).

My 5165 has now just got a white screen. I’ve tried resetting. Removing power for ten minutes but still the same. The music still plays but I can’t do anything without the screen. I’ve had the unit for less than four years. It’s been nothing but hassle always resetting itself when turned off. I wrote to Eonon and they want to sell me an 8165 or 9165?! To make matters worse after the reset my car is now stuck in km rather than miles and I can’t change it back unless I buy a new stereo!

Here's my questions: 1. By removing the ashtray, you lost the spot for the phone charger right? 2. If I don't buy your ashtray module, I will lose the Heat Warmers button but can I still access the seat warmers through the eonon device? 3. For google maps for example, on the road, it will connect to my phone's wifi if I make my phone a hotspot? THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING :D

This looks good, but does this head-unit allow you to use all the steering controls for phone and media playback? Also can the system use the stock built-in mic already in my E90?

Bought exactly the same looking one but "no name china" brand. The problem i have that it keeps saved radio stations, but not the time and equalizer settings..any idea why? I believe its running fake android 10

Hey I love this I'm doing it for my e90 325i. I had a quick question , how does the stereo get mobile data to stream google maps / Spotify , is it from your phones hotspot or does it have some sort of 4glte built in you have to pay a cellphone provider (Verizon , sprint etc ) thanks !

This is all new to me. The only way it connects to the internet, google maps, pandora, is through the phone you bring with you, correct? If you don't bring your phone, it has no way to access the web or data if I understand this correctly?

I had this head unit for about 3 weeks now and sorry to say I would not recommend getting this head unit. All sorts of lagging issues when operating google map/navigation and Bluetooth. Furthermore, as many have mentioned, the saved radio stations and the time on the clock resets it self every thing I turn off and on the unit. I am from Hong Kong and have already tried the factory reset and time zone - doesn't work. I can live with the time not working on the head unit but it links up to the speedometer dash board so now the dash is also showing the incorrect time. There is also problems with the AUX connection where there is no sound in the left front and back passenger side speakers. I know there is nothing wrong with the connection it self as all the speakers work via Bluetooth/radio/Spotify. And music via Bluetooth give out a constant distortion/static which some have mentioned. I have messaged EONON for support but have yet to hear anything back.

My E90 has GPS and I change it out for a Android Navi screen will I get the two to work together just want the car to look updates and I also love this dash please let me know

Do you know if this unit can change the odometer settings from KM to Miles and temperature from C to F? Something weird happened with mine and cant seem to switch it back.
