To increase efficiency of your work and profit, I think it is time to use electric or Pneumatic driven wrenches for opening and tightening the nut and bolts, you can get easily from ebay or amazon or even it must be available in Bangladesh too.

Some suggestions... first af all, the overimposed thinghs are VERY ANNOYING, second the subtitle are NOT visible at all for the human eye, third the duration of contents limited to 20 minutes for episode is REALLY NOT USEFUL for your business. My point of view is that I really do not think that someone want to copy your contents. I really appreciate the your work and the work of your employees.

I agree with it being difficult to read the subtitles unless the video is full-screen. Another channel I watch that isn't narrated uses RU-vid's built-in subtitles. A major advantage is that the viewer can change the font size and position if necessary. You can create multiple subtitles for different languages, and RU-vid will also auto-translate them into several languages. I think the 20 minutes episodes are fine. Not everyone want's to commit to a very long video. Breaking it up into 20~30 minutes parts makes sense.
