Things to bring -
CASH (ATM/Phone Pay May not work)
Power Bank, head light, chargers,
Food: Instant Noodles, Protein Bar, Garlic, Clove(lawang), Coca cola (helps acclimation )
Gear: Sticks, Trekking Shoes, Gloves, Trekking bags would be easy to carry the things.
Clothes: Trekking trousers, Jacket, thermal coats, woolen caps, mufflers, (Most of these stuff from Kala Pathhar Thamel)
Medicines: diarrhea, altitude sickness, cold, fever, pain killer, Jeevan jal, pads (for female)
