We leave our home in Dongara to cross the Nullabor via the WA Wheatbelt for a lawn bowls tournament as we start our big lap of Australia. #caravanaustralia, #travel, #biglap
Heading out from Perth in one week to start through the South West and from there whichever way the wind blows. So yep it's damn exciting to finally escape the trap. I'll subscribe and perhaps catch up on the road. Keep safe and enjoy your trip.
Awesome to hear you are living the dream as well. All the best with your travels, thanks so much for watching and subscribing, and hopefully our paths cross on the road somewhere. Cheers
Wow. Thankyou so much for watching our videos. I was very excited to see your tag in my comments. I have seen your travels over the years and am stoked that you have taken the time to watch ours. We'll definitely stay safe and I can assure you we are enjoying it. Cheers Pete
I’ll be following, love that you are going through all the smaller towns of WA, we have been travelling fulltime for 3 years but come from Ravensthorpe south east WA and not many visit the towns you went through. My advice, just take your time and check out all the little towns, especially in SA! We spent 6 months in the south east of SA last year and it was amazing! Enjoy your travels, I’m subscribing 😊
Hi Sharyn, thanks for watching and subscribing - thats awesome. We will definitely be finding the smaller towns where we can. We are both small town people ourselves and love the small communities and their spirit. All the best for your ongoing travels. Cheers
So glad our paths crossed at Cohen Old School camp . We had the best time sharing a couple of Bevies and some good yarns with you both. Yeah to us both for making our Big Laps happen…. We can’t wait to follow more of your trip. Safe travels you two legends 🫶🏻👍🏻🤗Pete & Tan
Likewise for us. So glad we met you guys too. What a great evening and new friendships. Thats why we travel. All the best for your travels, stay safe and we will definitely keep in touch. Cheers Pete and Cin
We are heading south from Queensland via Sydney, Canberra and then on SA, Nullarbor and then Wa in April. We are also lawn bowlers and plan to do comps as well
Congratulations on your first trip episode , well done Peter what are you like at indoor as by the time you hit West end of great ocean road I reckon the season might be started 😊 Will let you do south Aus first 😂😂 Safe travels 👨🏻🌾👍
I've never played indoor before. Keen to try it one day. We'll have to touch base if the chance arises when we get near the GOR. Cheers for reaching out and thanks for watching.
Hi Jan, its been a hot minute since we have seen you. Hope all is well. It will be a while before we get back around to that part of the world, but we will definitely come and see you. Thank you so much for watching. Cheers Pete and Cin
You are doing what my husband and I had hoped to do. So far we have driven from Sydney to Perth . Adelaide to Perth and back, several times and Darwin to Perth via Katherine and Broome. We just love this beautiful country and take every opportunity to explore. I look forward to travelling with you.

Yes we do. Just a 5 watt handheld - GME TX6160. I only need to know what's happening in the couple of kilometers around me, so I haven't installed a unit in the car as yet.
Road builders in the UK have found it impossible to make a straight road, of any length, even a few yards long there has to be twists and turns, left and right. Just can't do it. Journeys could be a lot shorter with straight roads. Why don't they just head to where it's going?
