Love that this series exists. I started a similar project at the end of last year. Stopped dancing at around 18/19 after 8/9 years (wasn't pro) .... coming back in at 30, 31 soon. I'm really feeling it and so many struggles/differences. But in many ways it's great....I am back because I needed a boost to my mental health and decided to tap into what I remembered making me feel great. Also despite all the difficulties I'm astounded at human muscle memory now I'm a few months in. Also some difficulties are funny like the heels falling off my old trusty split sole sneakers during a turn 😅 Very much hoping this series can inspire me on the tough days to come.

I love this ❤ you’re never too old to stop dancing! Or to train! I stopped training technique when I was 17 and went back at 25 and took my first ballet class. I still trained in other styles but only took it seriously again a little over a year ago! We did acro and I never thought my body could still do things I could do when I was younger but you can train your body to do it again!
This is so inspiring. I thought, If he mentions singing, I should go back to singing. Then you said singing. :) Anyway, I absolutely love this and am going to watch every single episode!
