I hate being skinny too and people who don't understand it and always say we are lucky because we can eat anything and still be slim... No it's not luck to always feel weak and have to put so much more energy to gain weight and feel stronger. You can do a beautiful gym journey, I see you have already good motions and good eating habits. 🎉🎉 My favorite meal is rice with tomato sauce and green olives and meat 😊 favorite drink any kind of non sugar iced tea

Hi i’m a trans guy also trying to put on weight (i’m 94lbs atm) your vids genuinely motivated me to start going to the gym and trying to eat better instead of just thinking about it. One thing I really struggle with is actually eating all the food I make. How do your make yourself actually eat the whole meal?
Im a transguy who would like to go the other way! ( I weigh 240lb. ) My fav breakfast is 1 cup oats, 1-2 scoops of protein (vanilla ice cream Optimum nutrition) , 1 egg, milk of your choice. Microwave for 3-4 mins stirring. Add more milk for consistency. I also like to make protein iced coffee. Vanilla protein, ice, milk, in a shaker sometimes i add extra vanilla extract … pour in your fav black coffee. So good.
