hey brother, gonna be relative to size...generally speaking if you charge 20$ per section you can't go wrong (30 sections=600$)

Thanks for posting brother...that is what happens when you sign HOA contracts you have to negotiate a good deal for the entire neighborhood. Every year we do over 300 homes in this one neighborhood. Typically this house would be 450 for us.

$10 per panel per side or $10 per penny off both sides

We charge more for both side 15$ per panel. It's actually very rare that this happens, most of the times you can't get into the neighbors yard. Great question by the way!
