"Play Misty for me" a much earlier version of a male being stalked by a female. Staring Clint Eastwood.

An acquaintance in court had a his children's teacher , the landlady and a police officer testify on his behalf regarding assaults by his ex-wife. The ruling of the court? He was not to "associate with men's groups." We need only look to the forced resignation of a British Director of Public Prosecutions, Alison Saunders, when it was discovered the police were withholding evidence from the accused and their defense. While I am unsure of current figures, 20 years ago women's organizations in Canada received half a billon dollars annually from various levels of government. Men's organizations received nothing. Until such time as MSM gets over their bias and interviews people such as Donald Dutton, I fear little progress will be made.

Really do wish the police would prosecute false allegations a lot more vigorously. In too many cases do the false accusers either get off scott free ("we don't want to stop people coming forward" - well, stop enabling those who are belittling a legitimate victim by making up a false claim!) or with tiny sentences. Look at the Sarah Jane Parkinson case - her allegations cost the accused 400k AUD in legal fees, destroyed his family, and she got 3 years I think? Pathetic. False claims hurt those who are legitimate victims too, by diverting police/court resources and creating a societal uncertainty. The fact that false allegations can be used in some countries as a backdoor to a residence visa unfortunately makes things ten times worse. Getting deported and having to co-ordinate an international move on short notice is a worrisome, very stressful situation. No wonder people panic and make up a charge to get to stay in the country.

They do not prosecute them on purpose. Feminist claim prosecuting them would harm real victims. Feminist clearly do not give a shit about lives of innocent men.

Joseph and friends, I guaranty you the complainant in this case was being coached on what to say and do. A person or organization in Canada has told this woman what to do, to get her free house, and citizenship. The woman isn't crazy, shes just following someone else's instructions on how to get the house and remove the husband. Knowing the system is designed to give her what she wants.

Unfortunately your client should have engaged a lawyer very early, to negotiate with this maniac. Perhaps something men especially should consider. Here in Australia it seems women will almost immediately, in a seperation, get legal aid through our women's advisory centres. There are no men's advisory centres.

Look at the comments, particularly the responses to my comment about chariging false accusers. Men don't know how to fight!! And don't expect to win first time around either!! But imagine if every guy falsely accused sought criminal and/or civil action against false accusers. The judiciary starts to feel the heat. Judges stop saying things like "false accusations are rare". Over time, things turn around. But they certainly won't if you accept the status quo! Think women should be charged? Good - go ahead!!! Look at the feminists and learn from your enemies. If they gave up as easy as today's men and their lawyers who've resigned themselves to defeat, they wouldn't presently have the upper hand.

this requires money, time and government resources, which men do not have. Also "The Public Prosecution is entitled to intervene on a private prosecution and can override anything done by the private prosecutor. [1] Intervention by the Attorney General in a private prosecution does not offend s. 7 of the Charter.[2]" So the crown can have your private case tossed before it ever goes to court.

@@ardvark8699 Time - some. Gov resources? Money? For what? It's not that hard, you can do it yourself. Prep it over the weekend and take a morning off work to hit the courthouse!! Ask to see the JP. He'll set you up for a pre-hearing (called a pre-enquete) where you'll go over all your evidence. The Crown will argue against proceeding with charges, you'll argue for the charges. (This is to weed out frivilous or vexatious charges). If the JP refuses to issue process, appeal it to Superior Court.
