I just found you! I have just gone through menopause. During this last two years I went from running and being a weight lifter to be just hammered with pain from osteoarthritis and also psoriatic arthritis. I just went to a specialist and got put on hrt. How much should I micro dose with the glp1? Trying to get back to me and away from this pain! Thank you for all of your information! I’m on Rybelsus 7mg, pill form of GLP1, at 1st I was scared of it because of the of Thyroid cancer potential🤔. After almost a year on it, I’m off BP, statins, less metformin (T2), & slowly losing weight 149, 5’4” & 67 years old, always been a walker, walk aerobics for seniors & light weight lifting, arthritis in my neck, but no joint replacement 🙏

I just saw this. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and OA. Of course I have pain, sometimes it’s better, sometimes it’s not. I have had a double lumbar fusion. I am very interested in this. Doctors here are not interested in hearing any of this. I will be 69 this year and I don’t want to wind up sitting and doing nothing.
