On this episode of the Dr. Tyna Show, I’m doing a Quick and Dirty episode on knee health. Ever heard the argument that bad knees mean you can't strength train? Think again. I’ve seen a lot of aching knees in my career and today I’m sharing my insights with you. Learn how your knee works, the root causes of knee issues, and the science behind pain and recovery.

Owner of our local Nutrition store once told me that for weak/injured/twisted knees, slather liquid trace minerals on knees once or twice daily. I had a twisted knee that for 6 months hurt. Several weeks after daily applying liquid trace minerals, the twisted sore knee felt stronger than my other good knee. I now apply/slather liquid trace minerals over heart, liver, pancreas, kidneys, etc after every shower. Great for ongoing great health.

👍 I agree, nutrition is key. Hydration, etc. At 69 I decided to go out skating - lol - no no. And I didn't skate for 15 min I did it for two hours... insane. But I have been taking care of imy knees, drinking a lot of water, hyaluronic acid, green tea. It is all working out, and I walk three times a day... very very gently...no twisting like when....skating no injections - no pain killers - no sugars.
