Great work with the riv-nut recess. A bit of lateral thinking and mucking around. Accommodating for the wiring is good forward thinking too. But like you said, what did you forget. We'll find out, haha
Great work as always, with the top hat being galvanized, it was recommended to me by a panel beater not to have galvanized material against not galvanized, it was suggested to sand off the galvanized coating. That's what I've done where I had to use some galvanized angle .
