I love your new look Brad, with the orange shirt, and black pants, makes you look good out there. I wish your waist brace didn't keep coming lose though. Some people really fill those cans up to the max don't they? I tell you what, your going to get real strong buddy chucking those huge bags into your trailer. Instead of rolling the can to the truck and back every time, can you leave the can where it is, pulled the liner, put in the new liner, and then carry the liner filled with trash to the trailer? You could cut you trips to and from in half. For some that are heavy, you’d need to move the can, but I think this could save time. Just a thought.

'intended as constructive criticism', do you have a plan for if or when your back gives out? My knee-injury-fears won't allow me to be a garbage-man hanging off a moving truck. I was thinking you could switch to a trailer that has one of those moving floor trailers & just run it in reverse as you set things on the back of the open-trailer. Maybe there is some sort of conveyor belt that would work better than a lifting-arm for what you're doing, though the bags might roll down a conveyor.

The long term goal is a truck that does all the lifting for me. Unfortunately there isn't any way to get there without the grunt work first. I am never one to not start a business because of the potential for injury.

Keep up the hustle! Also, maybe its possible to leave the roll of trash bags in the bottom so when you pull up the full one just rip it off the bottom and open the one under

Thought of this too but I think he pulls them from a box. If he were to pull the roll from the box he'd need as many rolls as cans he's got out and I think he said he's looking to phase them out at some point.

Was a compactor trailer ever considered? I know it may be double the price of your trailer but still likely a lot less than a full garbage truck.

More than double. $45,000 (so three times the cost). The biggest issue is the GVWR of the trailer is 16K which puts me over the 26,000 pound limit for needing a CDL.

Some days are worse than others, but so far nothing that has kept me from operating. Weirdly enough, someone did barbeque Sunday and their trash can smelled divine (smoked brisket). It was the most surreal feeling feeling hungry from the trash smells.

It's faster to grab one big bag rather than 6 little bags or worse. It's more sanitary. I could go on and on. Hopefully this helps

I believe I cover it pretty thoroughly in EP 3 of the videos where I do voiceover. The main reason is it makes me a touch quicker and prevents me from having to lean/tip the can. I can just use the liner to get all the stuff on the bottom rather than picking out individual bags or pieces of trash.
