Sir. I am On bench from last 3 months. I have given Some Internal Project Interviews Did really well. Yet They Rejected me. I found out that They were for 10+ YOE(I have 2+). And now HR asking me to resign saying They have given me So much Opportunities n all. What should i do.+ they are not Ready to give 3 months Salary or To serve Notice Period. They did the same with Other People(Who Joined as a Fresher). Funny Part is I am top performer(5/5 rating in last 2 years).

I sir, I have 3.4 YOE, and I have worked in support projects hence learning is less. I want to switch to data analytics role, so can I took some course and then do some end to end dummy project and switch to another organisation? Is it possible?

Sir I am preparing for Government exam and have Backend experience of 3 yr in which I am on bench for approx 1 year, now I am in radar, should I resign myself or wait for firing and enjoy some extra salary ? What will be better if for example I failed in exam and wanted to go back to corporate after 2 yr gap ? Will they write anything bad in experience letter ? Please suggest ?

Sir same situation with me I am 2.5 year experience in backend but my TL gave me to frontend work and assign to a senior colleague who told me to create a page in two days I told him I have experience in backend not in fornend but they argue with me then my TL told me your output is zero then I complain to my BPHR ,now condition is office environment totally toxic for me they want daily update on mail to me and Now I feel very pressurised. because my TL with the other side . Sir ,how can i handle this condition

One of my friend has been working for motilal ostwal from 10 days and got offer letter from capgemini as she is from IT background motilal was a temporary job, but the main issue is 13 August is the joining in Capgemini and she is thinking to abscond from Motilal on 31st July after 1 month and will join Capgemini on 13th August. waht can be consciences/Issue and will PF will be shown here for 1 month of employment or she would opt for new PF account in Capgemini. Please help anyone. #manoharbatra

Sir mera experience 5 years ka hai android development me or mera package 5 lpa tha. Vha n pf kta nahi ITR kta. Abhi maine us company ko resignation de diya or meri last working day vha ki 5th may 2024 hai. Or tb se leke ab tk ghr me hi hu, ab tk muze job nhi mil rhi, hr company muze DSA hi puch rhi jb ki muze development me aaray or hashmap ke Shiva kuch nhi aata.
