Seriously I hate office politics, Last Monday, something happened in our office in which the man and the woman were equally at fault, yet the management blamed the guy alone and they terminated him immediately. The next day, when all the office people stopped talking to that woman, the management told us that we did not have humanity. What deal will you make? When I told the truth, they argued with me, humiliated me and even told me that I don't have humanity. This is Kaliyug, there is no place for truth here. 😭 Nowadays we can't trust anyone. @TechnicalSuneja

Nowadays companies are expecting everything from fresher. In an interview if not able to answer 2-3 questions out of 10-12 questions then you are simply rejected.😞

It depends, I have taken many interviews and seen that most of the cases the approach is very wrong in freshers. You need to be positive and confident and not to be cool in-front of the interviewer. In all my previous jobs interview i got selected even after giving wrong answer to 2-3 questions.
I have worked with American, Swiss, Polish & British people and they are really amazing no toxicity, no politics, no issue when you take leave or go back to home at 5 pm. Our people are very toxic, always doing politics, backstabbing. Very few are good.
I am a 12 Years experienced person and have worked across 3 MNCs and 1 Product Base Company across two major technologies. Every word of yours is absolutely on point. One more thing which I can put in here is that do not ever stop loving the work/path you have chosen be it coding, Business Analytics, Project Handling or Architect stream. And yes off course, don't every doubt yourself if you are putting hard work honestly just because some dominant senior or colleague tries to get inside your skin. Usually, such people are highly insecure and have developed defunct personality traits over the years even if they are the most knowledgeable person in your project or corporate ladder. You should always try to be yourself after those 9 hours. Remember, It is just a job!!!
I m also victim of office politics. I m resigned job after join of a month . My senior fake compliant about me and kept away from system and ignored me for training .I M complaint about but senior to manager and HR but unfortunately manager can't believe me coz senior worked for company more than 6 years and after I resigned job senior got salary increment . After all for salary increment my senior ate my job
I am a 18 yrs old boy and have experience these type of bad people who don't feel what other feels when they do such things , I am also a part of politics in life , I think everybody is . I just want to say that don't overthink about such type of people just do your work properly .
I have worked with US people and they are really amazing no toxicity, no politics. I agree with your point of not taking help.Its not a good thing if we are constantly taking help instead we should explore on our own.
Its very common in IT these days to not get expected support from the team in initial days but no one talks about it. People think their dependency will reduce if they share knowledge. Nice video!
Mera to corporate s mann hi hat gaya hai, I feel like opening my own business shop, simple calm life. This office corporate and unnecessary bullshit politics, I would never want to work in such places. I had to take 4 months of mental health therapy due to toxic manager and colleagues, I experienced lot of racism and toxicity. Also I really found the example of working at 2:30AM and till 4AM as very wrong. It should not happen in the first place. Ye mera soney ka time hai and I should not worry about my hardwork that I have put in during the day just because some people are toxic and doubting me instead of supporting and working together? Nah. Please.

💯correct! I also faced similar things in my initial days. Apart from the technology this also counts as experience in the IT/Private Sector. The more you go the more you experience. Thanks to god that in my 10+ years of experience i haven't faced any team where the environment is 100% toxic. I have seen people getting fired because of this politics. More or less politics are every where and in every level.
First step is to confront toxicity. If it does not work. Things aggravate more then quit ASAP. ( THats why upskilling yourself is very important. Also always have some emergency fund, stay away from EMIs. It will be easy to quit job.

The best thing I liked was and even so correctly said in the video is "mai isko kyun bataun agar bataya tu meri dependency khatam ho jaayegi" . Ye meri jagah le lega they will tell you things only upto the mark you should be told not even a bit extra for sure . These type of people do exist even today .
You get politics at every level and in every org. You relationship should be with the tech problem that you solving not with any individual. Learn, build and switch.

Muze to meri college hi pareshan karti hai. Jab mera work accha hota to her behavior drastically changed she try to comment on my work. Agarr mai uske sath screen bhi share ki to she was like ye to task to mere wajese hi complete hua. Sometimes this thing mentally harassed me

I disagree with some point like ignoring the person you not helping you, There is a reason organisation follows agile, safe methodology. Each and every person have a role in it, if someone not following it just mention it in retrospective, be respectful and covery your concern so that team will know that a person is not helpful and believe me it works.
I am in IT since 1996. And my last project working with only thd Europeans in the team . This was best time of my life . No pro active , needless politics which people from subcontinent revel in . The notional insecurity is well entrenched in minds .

I agree with you the most knowledgeable person will never be promoted and The guy Manager who have pets in team and Managers who are never engaged in good handling of technical projects they are leading team will have more politics ..
Agree 💯 on 6:38 . Most times managers themselves promote this kind of culture by sidelining new members on the team. They would have created a comfort zone with the existing people esp. if they have been working together for a long time. This is very common in product based companies where projects run for long time and attrition is on lower side.

Boss me ek company me IT support engineer hoon, abhi current salary increment me mujhe isliye increment nahi mila kyou ki mujhe extra kaam milta hai(freelance developer hu, kabhi kabhi ek do site bana deta hu unko koi need ho toh, lekin yeh pura alag hai company ke under nahi krta me) . Mujhe sidha bola gaya ki tumhe hum extra kaam bhi dete rehte hai toh tumhe increament nahi milegi sorry
