Nice to see Simon again. I have been hunting for Doug and the Slugs videos recently and now this got recommended to me. Looking forward to watching this documentary.
Fab documentary on a band I grew up with. Nice to finally get closure on Doug's story, and definitely shed a few tears. Not a typical rock bio and all the better for it. The journals and family connections tied it all together beautifully. Congrats Teresa!
such a great group of folks all, really well made docu and I loves seeing so many familiar faces like TDM, Ed the sock and more. Plus the music still has it! thanks for this follow up to the docu I watched on the weekend
Simon wouldn't go into worst show, but I got to speak to Mr. Baker after a show in Sarnia, Ont . I mentioned I saw them at Harpo's in Detroit. Not a nice area at all. He told he remembered because they had some of their equipment stole from their van there. It was still a good show though. Bring on the sequel or mini series can't get enough of this band.
