This Episode covers zone 1 gardens, just outside our kitchen door. The main gardens here are the Bhool Bhulaiya garden, which we are fast converting into a herb and useful vegetable garden, where we can dash out for any condiments. Manisha tells you how she has designed this garden, and also shows you the basil (4 kinds), mint, edamame beans, brinjal, lemon, rocket and spinach growing here. She also explains how the trees are stacked for light by giving an example of the pear, mango and gooseberry trees.
