As a hobby baker here's a top tip. Get the Dutch oven hot on the fire before putting the dough in. The instant heat going into the dough will cause steam in the bread and make it rise faster this giving a light fluffy inner with ba really good crust.

I am so proud of Margarida’s success. Plucky you are a great teacher and Margarida is an excellent pupil, I bet a million dollars she is the teacher’s pet, your favorite student and then some. Cuba has the best waters in the world. Untouched and pure habitats that truly shows how the oceans should be. The whole island is basically a preserve. 25% of the land is also preserved and untouched making it as natural as it was 1000years ago. Politics aside, it's what I love and respect most about Cuba. It's love and respect for its natural splendor rather than trying to exploit every inch of the place. Cuba is in its own league when it comes to that.

Although they need to get some capitalism in their plans some how because the situation right now is dire. wide spread hunger. The USA doubled down on failed policies that only makes people like my family suffer while reducing our ability to help. ahh sorry I said I wouldn't get political. but none the less, Cuba is a special and unique place in the world that, yes, has remained largely uncorrupted by US imperialism.

Amen to cooking the fish frame. I personally have never understood why people are so keen on filleting? I cook almost all my fish whole. the skin and bones add so much to the flavor, and pulling the spine and head off cleanly is sooo satisfying

Wow, great fish Margarita 3:23 Nice and large and tasty ! And now we know why Plucky wears that surfing suit lol. And, Plucky, I'm not sure why a person wouldn't just eat lobster till the cows come home. Is there some sort of allergic action if you eat to much ? We used to eat all we wanted of crab and clams, maybe that wouldn't work for everyone ? Regarding the patreon notification, what I did was relent, and put the Patreon app on my phone. Now it gives me a notification when something special is up. Cool dude ? Dudet ?

Ya oughta get yourself a break action pellet rifle for the turf eatins , those things hit like a .22 @1700 fps and you can pack a huge amount of ammo at a dirt cheap price and quieter, especially the suppressed models!
