John, still at it.. congrats. However, the 'Rapture' is God sparing His people from the great and terrible day of the Lord. There is no such thing as a pre-tribulation rapture taught in God's Word. Example, Lot? Noah? Where were the Hebrews when God was dealing with Egypt? On the earth. Pray.
The Hebrews were safe and unscathed at their quarters in Egypt while the Wrath was pouring out on only Egyptians, so also Christians will not recieve Wrath and Punishments but only the unbelievers will.
The gathering is not a trip to heaven, it's a gathering of the saints, and we will live/ reign with Him for 1000 Years and after the millennium reign, the final judgement, all thing's are made new, and New Jerusalem descends from heaven to us and we live forever in His presence!
The KJV got it right John. Consider Romans 4:17, then apply that to the verse instead of trying to reinvent it. When you look at the verse in light of Romans 4:17, you come to the same place as your desperate reinterpretation.

Where in the Scripture does it say that you invite Jesus into your life to be saved? This is a false Gospel. A person must believe God, His Word, His promise of His salvation by trusting in and on Jesus as God and Savior. Jesus then saves you forever and then you can serve Him with your life (discipleship). God does the saving thru faith not of works of the law and then you can become His disciple by daily living by faith in Him. The Just (those who God imputes Jesus' righteousness upon the instance of belief becoming a child of God) shall live or walk by faith (what a believer should do after we are saved).
"The rapture is a signless event" (12:15),,, Wait... I thought the bible said that before the rapture, the Gospel will be taught to all nations, also, when you see the abomination in the Temple at Jerusalem. then the Lord will come. Aren't those "signs?"
No, the abomination in the Temple will be the Antichrist sitting in the new Jerusalem Temple declaring himself to be "god", and that's the signs for the Jews to flee into the wilderness!
