No, I'm a computer systems engineer and am blessed to be able to work from home. I have heard probably over a hundred you tube videos with many different guest from doctors, lawyers, injured patients the list goes on. The overall consensus is that the medical industry has been corrupted. Lookup Robert Barnes on his medical cases. The undercover videos of project veritas. Or even the congressional testimony of the heads of pharmaceutical companies. They all point one way. They been corrupted.

That's true up to a point, but money doesn't produce evil, per se. Evil people cause evil behavior, loving money for itself only is the Devil's workshop. It creates envy of people who have more money than we do. That can either tempt us to steal, or motivate us to earn. Envy of another person's money or possessions can tempt us to steal if we are otherwise immoral (Thou shall not steal) it's immoral to cheat, or lie about our real intentions. But if we have God's moral compass, money and the things it allows us to buy motivates us to ignore the relatively more wealth our fellows have, and work honestly, harder and smarter to earn the money we receive in an economy of free exchange for goods purchased/sold and services rendered. Money is only a tool of exchange, not a possessory end in itself. If money is evil, can you imagine how impossible it would be to live in society without it? To buy a tank of gas for your car, you would need to exchange a sack of potatoes, or a day of house painting for it. We can't rationally exist in a modern economic culture without it. So, money doesn't produce crooks, crooks produce crooked behavior. If you abolished money, do you think the crook would go straight? Society must punish evil people who perform evil acts. That's what law and order is all about. Crooks are parasites who rob not only from the victim, but also from the entire law abiding population. The crook's immoral behavior forfeits his right to freedom. Incarceration protects us all from the crooks.

Dennis, I was so glad to hear you say to Miya in Casper that "people don't vote on a rational basis". I've known this for a very long time (I'm 79 years young). In 1971 when I was very first courting my bride of 43 years of amazing marriage before God took her from me eleven years ago, I, a conservative since high school, was exploring her political beliefs. We were in the third year of the first Nixon Administration at the time. I off handedly asked her whom she had voted for in 1960 (she was older than I), Nixon or Kennedy? She proudly answered, "Kennedy". When I asked her why, she said, Because he was so handsome". When she died 43 years later, she was as staunchly conservative as I am, and very well informed about politics and conversant about why she was a conservative. So, when not forced to examine issues and policies of the day, the average American votes for candidates mostly based upon superficial characteristics. For someone well informed and concerned about the future economic and cultural directions the country will be taking, depending on whom we elect to office, the whimsical and shallow voting behavior of my fellow short sighted citizens is mildly terrifying to me. The younger generation which doesn't understand what economic disaster is represented for them by 35 trillion dollars in national indebtedness, and which votes for politicians who promise to make it worse by even more deficit spending, are headed for a very, very rude awakening when it is far too late for any politicians they might then vote for in the heat of crisis to do anything to save them from national or even global calamity!
@bobtaylor170
@bobtaylor170 19 дней назад
I'm 72, and couldn't agree more. It is most common among the young. They're for Harris, and when asked why, cannot give a reason. It's terrifying that that awful woman may win.
@bearowen5480
@bearowen5480 19 дней назад
@@bobtaylor170 Thank you, Bob. I've frequently pondered if American voting behavior has always been like this, going all the way back to the Founding. I guess that is difficult if not impossible to know. Certainly the access by voters to data about candidates and policies through the advent of mass media technology has grown exponentially since the days of only newspapers, pamphlets, and limited personal contact with candidates. However, the Founders profoundly understood human nature. That's why they struggled mightily to craft a form of government that on one hand would be responsive to the will of the people, while on the other would be isolated from the populist political passions of the moment. That's why we have a House of Representatives which faces the voters every two years, and a Senate, originally elected by the STATE LEGISLATURES and with staggered terms of six years. That's also why we have the separation of powers to guard against a tyrannical President from becoming an unrestrained dictator. So, the Founders who deeply believed in self governance by the people, also had a healthy fear of mob rule. I guess we are condemned to accept the vagaries of uninformed and ignorant voters as being better than selecting our representatives by lottery, although I sometimes wonder about that!
@bobtaylor170
@bobtaylor170 19 дней назад
@@bearowen5480 lottery might be better! I truly am alarmed by the vacuousness of Harris and of her voters. I think The Party wants her because she's even dopier than Biden before dementia hit, which was very dopey, indeed. If she wins, my perception is that Schumer will be largely calling the shots.

The Surgeon General’s report on cigar and pipe smoking around 20 years ago concluded that statistically, it posed no greater health threat for developing cancer than that of non smokers. They attributed their findings to the fact that cigar and pipe smokers do not inhale. That says volumes about the myth of second hand smoke.

@gabbyhayes1568
@gabbyhayes1568 19 дней назад
@@lindabreckler777 That’s simply not true. Do some research and you’ll know. They determined it was only a slightly elevated risk. But you can believe what you want.
@nel895
@nel895 17 дней назад
Cigar smoking is less cancer causing than cigarettes, but those who believe there is no risk deceive themselves. The smoke is supposed to be held in the mouth where it is absorbed into the mouth tissues and the blood stream. The same is true of pipe smoking, chewing tobacco, and snuff. My cigar smoking brother tells me cigar tobacco is processed without sugar, which makes it less risky, But I think there is more caffeine. All the cigar smokers I know go outside to smoke which is good, but second hand smoke is still something that needs to be considered. Another thing that makes cigars more dangerous is that cigarette smokers who switch to cigars often do inhale. It is how they are accustomed to smoking. If you are a cigarette smoker trying to use a less risky form of tobacco, be aware. You have to relearn how to smoke.
@gabbyhayes1568
@gabbyhayes1568 17 дней назад
@@nel895 Your comment tells me that you have little or no experience with cigars, pipes, or the smoking of tobacco in general. The smoke derived from pipes and cigars is far too intense for 99% of smokers to inhale, and it’s not even intended to be enjoyed that way. Chewing tobacco and snuff are an entirely different thing altogether in the way it’s consumed. They have a much higher risk for developing cancer than pipes and cigars. You can’t lump all of them together and draw any conclusions about them as a whole. As for second hand smoke, who has more contact with it than a cigar or pipe smoker, yet the Surgeon General of the United States determined that pipe smokers have virtually no increased risk of developing cancer over non smokers. Scratch your head a minute and think about that for a moment.

I quit smoking cigarettes 4 years ago by switching to Swedish snus, which is a smokeless tobacco product similar to American dip. There was never strong evidence to suggest smokeless tobacco causes cancer. In Sweden, where snus is popular, they have few smokers and low cancer rates. All I know is, it's much cheaper, my breathing improved immediately, and my clothes don't reek of cigarettes!

My daughter is a Physician triple speciality in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Internal Medicine. She joined a practice in a fairly small city near a big city and had worked there in a practice of 3 other equally trained doctors. They were a private practice and their own bosses because they weren’t owned by anybody but themselves. Then the senior partner who started the practice was offered more money if he would sell their corporation out to the control of the hospital. Money corrupts but he did it because his daughter wanted to be a dentist and Dental school is ridiculously expensive. So he pushed to take the offer. The other male in the practice was all for it because he had a family and kids and the other one was a single female and she was fine either way but she agreed. My daughter thought it might be a good idea but she was the youngest. I said at the start I didn’t like them losing control of how they ran their business of saving lives. But I’m just mom and if she dissented they would still do it. Well she was driving to work in a red car, right lane doing the speed limit and a semi truck carrying a load of beer tried to pull over into the right lane where she was. He hit the left rear end, it spun her car around to the left and he then hit her again on the entire driver’s side impaling her on his big chrome grill and pushed her sideways down the highway till he finally applied the brakes and realized something was wrong and she suffered a completely destroyed shoulder joint on her dominate right side, she suffered severe whiplash and a Traumatic Brain injury that destroyed her pituitary gland which is in the base of the brain. That controls all hormones which she now has to take artificial replacement. She had being doing her job of running the ICU and dealing with all lung problems, she had tons of patients who loved her because she was so good, so kind and saved lives. But after 4 years they called her to the office and fired her and walked her out like she had done something criminal. Her senior partner realized by his greed and sell out they got rid of such a popular doctor who was tied with him as bringing in the most money. So he turned in his resignation the next day. The other male doctor moved someplace else and this left only the other woman. They hired another Pulmonologist who came in saying he didn’t want to take care of lung problems in the entire hospital he only wanted to do ICU to make lots of easy money. My daughter would walk 7 to 8 miles just doing rounds and this new guy refused to work that hard. So eventually the hospital lost so many patients that they weren’t making enough money to remain profitable. They sold out to another investor who have now backed out because the people making decisions are still screwing it all up and that owner sold out to a University hospital and all doctors and staff will be replaced. So a series of mistakes destroyed a Community’s entire hospital and group of doctors. My daughters patients kept trying to find her, they would call the office staff and demand to know where she was but they couldn’t tell them. The week after my daughter’s career was ruined a semi truck ran up and over a woman driving her car and crushed her dead. I was grateful my daughter was still alive. Mr Truck driver first tried to tell the police that he thought his brakes failed, then he said he guessed his new rear view mirrors he had put on didn’t help him. Well that is stupid because she wasn’t behind him, she was in front of him which means he wasn’t watching the road in front of him. They just pass, drive too fast and I wish all states would pass the laws like Texas, they can only drive in the right lane and only drive 55mph.

I am so saddened to hear of your Daughters tragic experiences. All private practices have been/ will be bought out! I live in Toledo Ohio and I am a Medical Professional of 45 years. We will soon have "Only Government" Healthcare. It is pretty close to that now, sadly.
@patriciasmith7074
@patriciasmith7074 19 дней назад
@@susanmaziarz8936 Yes I realize that now, and that was what I feared when they sold out. Once you relinquish control of how you practice medicine you can’t do for the patients what your best judgement tells you what to do. When my daughter went through her training she had to work one 24 hour shift I think it was every 5 days to learn more and see more plus it taught them how to stay awake if you had too. For example when the Hyatt skywalk disaster happened every hospital on the Kansas and Missouri was swamped by a full emergency room, emergency life and death surgeries, constant stream of X-Rays to look at, everything was so difficult and they don’t want people to die who were just dancing and having a great time. Some legs had to be amputated to extricate the injured. Now the Senate passed a few years ago probably around the same time they were pushing Obama care which really wasn’t going to help people like they promised, to lower the time while they were training, they spun it that they would get too tired but the Professors said they won’t learn as much. Now they only follow a preplanned algorithm of how to treat every problem. They don’t want them to think for themselves and they have lowered the standards of who they let into Medical School. Also while she was training she was told to always come in behind this one guy who shouldn’t have been there because he wasn’t smart enough and she was told to check everything he did or didn’t do and fix his mistakes so he wasn’t killing anybody and they couldn’t criticize him. I thought they are going to graduate an incompetent man who will be a terrible doctor and turn him loose on the community. But they had quotas and rules. My daughter always made perfect grades all through grade school and through college. She only wanted to do her best. That is how she became a Pulmonologist, Intensivist and Internal Medicine and Board Certified which most doctors don’t even bother to pass those tests. Less than 20 percent of hospitals in the US have Intensivist coverage now. Now it’s Big Pharm saying how they are to treat, which drug to use, just follow the Algorithm so they might as well just have a robot doctor. She had to spend a long time yesterday talking to a family about how bad a healthy woman a year ago is now on death’s door. That is a really hard thing to do. But robots won’t be compassionate. You won’t get a warm hug from them, steel is cold. This woman’s bones are just crumbling, I even saw her x-rays and it is really bizarre, nothing like it, every rib just crumbled that entire side is completely black on X-Ray and other bones look really thin and transparent. I was a dental assistant years ago so I took x-rays and looked at them with my dentist that I worked for. This woman can’t walk anymore, her shoulders are bent over and she said her cervical spine was in a L . My daughter is very upset by how bad this woman is going downhill. It is my opinion that we are going to see a lot of death in the next few years.

Please distinguish between practitioners and medical bureaucrats. The latter are terrible, the former, various; some awful, some wonderful. I do believe nost of them do their best. As a doctor I knew said, most doctors are idealists, because it's so arduous to become a doctor that few cynics can stand it. ( They go to law school, he said. ) My current pcp is wonderful. She'd been a grade school teacher for a few years, then the desire to become a doctor won out. She went to a small, private medical school. The woman is radiant. If I were twenty years younger, I'd have a crush on her.

It doesn't matter if practitioners "do their best." Medical error is the 3rd leading cause of death in the US. And bribery is at the heart of the industry as a whole. That's why Covid happened. Because hospitals were reimbursed thousands of dollars per person for every case of Covid, for every person they prescribed remdesivir, for every person put on a ventilator, and for every "Covid" death. It's also worth noting children's doctors get bonuses from pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies if their patients are fully vaccinated with all of the CDC recommended shots.

I can honestly say if you are smoking at a cigar bar or a humidor/ lounge where you store your cigars you might as well be inhaling that cigar. I am also a disabled combat veteran. In the military, we have to get all kinds of vaccines to maintain a state of readiness unless you will have an allergic reaction. He is also ignoring that service members must maintain a state of readiness. We saw a Navy captain who docked his ship because his crew wasn't able to maintain a state of readiness because his crew we constantly getting COVID-19. They would recover then get Covid19 again. I know a sailor on that ship who had COVID-19 at least twice on the ship. This guy ignores all kinds of empirical evidence. On every topic. Did l mention that if he is born in America he is completely vaccinated, including smallpox vaccine.

Not necessarily. The ONLY State that has EVER required vaccines by law us California. Medical/Schools tell unknowing parents that their children are "required" to have certain injections in order to go to school. There us NO SUCH LAW I'm most States. Parents are misled to believe this lie. Even the Co-V injections were NOT required by LAW Mandates are Not Laws!

I will agree that regarding cancer tobacco use risk varies by the modality used. Chewing and cigars are far less risky than cigarettes smoking however, this is stomach risks from nicotine are still present, and I can say with certainty that cigars are definitely more detrimental to the oral tissues and cigarettes.

Maybe I'm wrong but I would describe confident and arrogant as. Confidence is the completion of a skill successful or not. Arrogance is the flaunting of a skill. Especially a successful completion of said skill.

I was born in 1946 and there were 46 children in my class and not one child ever was diagnosed with autism, it was never heard of. Look at how they seemed to invent autism and the numbers have continually have gone up. All parents rejoiced when they invented the polio vaccine and they got me 3 shots and nothing more for polio.

I agree it’s pretty hard to disgrace the Kennedy name farther than it has been to date. RFK Jr is one of their only decent members and he is the only reason they remain relevant. I honestly can’t tell you a single name if one of them besides him.

I have taken vaccine harms and RFK Jr. Seriously for many years. I’m heartened to see so many moderate NOT “conspiracy” minded people now open their eyes to this. The elites overplayed their hand.

If anyone's interested, I discovered a British band called UNIT who released a whole album inspired by and dedicated to Prageru, TPUSA and The Daily Wire. I discovered their You Tube channel recently and most of their stuff is excellent. I'm not an agent for the band nor do I know any of them but, to judge from their lyrics, they seem genuine. I found them by typing UNIT Andy Martin The Voice Of Reason into YT which did the trick. They have the entire album as a playlist. One of their tracks features the mighty Ben Shapiro, a couple of later pieces feature Matt Walsh and they do a cracking version of Columbia Gem Of The Ocean, too!

Fact check: In the second century C.E., 4 Ezra and Irenaeus tell a story of how the Torah was burned by Nebuchadnezzar and reconstructed by Ezra through divine inspiration. Rabbinic texts know of this tradition, but in their version, Ezra's contribution is changing the Torah into Aramaic writing, or even Aramaic language. Nothing Moses wrote has been preserved for all his writings are said to have been burnt with the temple. All those written under his name afterwards were composed anew one thousand one hundred and eighty years after Moses’ death by Ezra and his followers.
