it just speaks to the loving space they had on set. With child actors its such a hit or miss with how they feel looking back on it, so to hear them all speak so fondly is so nice to hear. I love being able to rewatch shows like those without having to be aware that it wasn't a good time for the actors. Especially compared to Nickelodeon shows where Dan Schneider was involved

"The happiest time of her life was when she was filming wizards" -- Which is strange, because in her 2022 movie "Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me", there were multiple moments where she talked about how filming Wizards and her time on Disney were traumatic experiences she was wanting to forget. Additionally, in the video we are commenting on, she mentions having a 3-hour therapy session right before going 'live' which I would interpret as getting herself in the right mindset to try and surface only the positive memories to better handle the interview.

As an ER nurse she's seen and heard the most ludicrous to the most vulnerable conversations, that at this point she's really good at keeping her composure and communicating so eloquently. There's just something about how well spoken she is on sensitive subjects that you could tell she's dealt with people in extremely vulnerable situations.

She was giving the energy of wanting to reconnect… these people make her feel grounded and remind her of life before great fame. I think she wants to be with “her people” again. She knows 100% they don’t love her for the fame, they loved her long before. She must feel great comfort with them and they didn’t pick up on it

Her showing appreciation for you and vice versa after one of the last episodes you both seemed a bit down when asked if you went her concerts but you wanted her to ask, seems like she wanted to but was afraid. Goes to show that worries really do go both ways sometimes.

They also spread rumors about me that I was actively using drugs because i’m in recovery, on MAT (iykyk). When you have struggled with addiction issues, people no longer see you as human. To them, you are like a roach. I cannot IMAGINE the stress and anxiety you might be dealing with when you are self made and up against people with unlimited resources and long, long, long, manipulative abuse that these people will do anything to cover up. Everyone watch and wait. These people will do anything they can to defame Selena, and actively try to make her seem crazy / try to get her to use drugs, etc. Selena please for your own sake take some time for yourself and get away from all electronics, (be the only channel in the room) consider mental health holistic care and treatment. You do not deserve this. You are a human being with a right to privacy and I see you. I am not a celebrity supporter usually but I swear to god I will be there rallying for you at the steps of the courthouse the day justice is finally served. If you feel so inclined, you can reach out to me for astrological / intuitive spiritual guidance free of charge. Yes and honestly I may have interpreted this in a weird way but I think Selena kinda tried to flee when she was confronted about why that was. Which is human. But I think if she just said „I opened a chapter where I just didn’t think I had to keep in touch with everyone but now I just want to go back“ is alright. Because it may have been just me but Jen’s face while listening to her "explanation“ was a bit telling and also what she said after talking about the importance how honesty and bluntness was a bit giving. But i‘d honestly probably answer very similar to what Selena said. I‘m just glad to see how they begin to keep in touch again because that is what they wish

I think it‘s just that life happened and they grew apart. Selena‘s career turned out way differently than the career of Jennifer and at some point they just didn‘t meat anymore. Same thing happend to me and my high school/university friends. We all ended up in different careers and different cities most of the time and therefore we didn‘t keep up with each other anymore. It‘s not that we weren‘t important to each other, we just grew up. It kinda sucks, but that‘s life. The fact that Selena opened the topic kinda suggests that they can still be honest with each other. She could‘ve easily made up some vanilla answer.
