i would give ANYTHING to see the "diary" episode. seriously that was one of the funniest things i've ever seen!

there were lots of funny lines MICHAEL: She's writing a diary you're writing a diary everyone's writing a diary. It's like a disease COL'N: Yeah diarrhea! COL'N: Dear Diary, today I bought you, now I'm writing on you COL'N: Maybe they could make a movie on my diary MICHAEL: I don't think so, Anne Frank had an interesting life, you haven't COL'N: I dunno Michael when I bought this diary, I stepped in an orange MICHAEL: Col'n.. Thanks so much for uploading these, I loved this show, watched it over and over and it's great to see it's still hilarious after all this time. I also watched it because I had a crush on you *blush*

I had all the Col'n Carpenter eps on VHS, sadly they disappeared over the years. The "diary" - some classic dialogue there, can't wait to see that again! I liked "dusty daffodils" as well (every episode of Col'n Carpenter was a classic!), but I think that one was in the second series when Mrs Fuller was around.

michael finds julia writing a diary. then col'n starts writing one 2. michael later reads julia's diary & is saddened that he's not mentioned at all. he decides 2 leave, but col'n tells him that julia just wrote a new enter, saying how sad she is that michael is gone. michael's is touched & decides 2 stay. it turns out col'n was lying & julia never wrote it, but she's glad he convinced michael 2 stay

I remember one where he was cutting out the letter K from magazines and cereal boxes because he saw an add for something he wanted to buy for 5 K as he did not know it meant Five Thousand Dollars...... classic.
