If I am older at 46 and have been self-employed all this time, I can't qualify for this class. However, I found the advice still very relevant, and applicable cause I'm gonna change my consultancy to an asset, using Waithakas advice.

@Dannishodongo, you didnt mention to Waithaka that "Simba" in most cases is the initial house before you build now the permanent house for your family - "Goyo/Golo dala"... 😂. 2.5M for a Simba is a lot.. I know people spend even more. Wee cultures can be a burden 🤭
