I was shocked when I learned that Last Dance was originally meant to be a solo song. But I think it's better to be a group track, five voices are better. The same goes for Tell me Goodbye, which was going to be a Youngbae solo song.

this intentional exclusion, though seems harsh and hurtful for all OT5s, is not a mistake by the team behind this docu nor by YGE nor by Taeyang himself. as much creative control as he possesses over his docu, he can not allow a mention for Seungri. this is for a few reasons. mainly, on legal terms as Seungri is no longer copyrighted under YG due to his contract termination a year ago. technically, his appearance could not be credited as an artist nor a member even though the clip was taken and referenced from when he was, before his retirement. other than that, i see this exclusion would deem necessary purely out of his personal demand. remember Seungri's last statement? he explicitly mentioned that the main reasoning behind getting out was so that anything regarding him (be it news, hate, updates) will not be associated to BIGBANG. thus so that the group's image will not be dragged alongside his own nor will the members be held accountable for his personal matters. it is only natural that the members and the company abide and avoid any form of involvement (including mentions) with him until any further changes by any party. & another reason would just simply be: to not direct even more hate to Seungri. i mean, just posting a picture of him boils the shit out of k-netz and i-fans whom are relentless on giving him hell, regardless of whether or not his court allegations are proven. getting updates about his cases heard and vocalised would significantly be harder in turn, and the amount of hate would just be overwhelming. having this arguable silence around his name right now is awfully better than having to read up on the toxic trolling comments, imho. to end, YES i choked up a bit throughout this episode here and my heart sunk at the end as well. seeing this happening is not easy after 14 years (?) of seeing the guys as 5 but knowing this is the most proper action to take in this situation, i feel comforted a bit. hope you do too :) & please, don't blame this on anybody in charge of this docu, esp Taeyang 💛 that is all, let's continue supporting Taeyang - White Night documentary!

Don't belittle Taeyang's solo project, this documentary, because he did what he felt he needed to do regarding Seungri. Real fans know how close the members were. No real VIP can possibly believe it was a light decision and with him being the perfectionist he is, he's probably reading the comments too. Taeyang, we love you and stand with BigBang going forward. Events happened that none of us can change but we still support you. Can't wait to see you on stage again! Dope documentary. Congrats.

I got so emotional while he sang last dance. See everyone except Seungri really hurt. I don't think it was fair to cut him out. He was there during all those memories. He helped make BigBang before all that mess happened. During those moments he was a part of BigBang and to just cut him out honestly hurt a lot.

They chose the clips which lowkey referenced to Seungri.. Even he is not in the video, some of those clips are either they're adorably talking or making fun of him (FXXK IT) M/V making film.. Just proves that BigBang will be forever OT5.

That last part was just too much without Seungri, seriously 😭 I know he is no longer a part of BB, but he was a member of BB for more than 10 years 😭😭 I also understand the need to exclude him from the montage, but it still hurts.. Seungri is such a determine person. He was so determined to join BB back in the days, he was also so determined to leave BB to protect its image. My heart is broken 😭😭😭 I hope we will be able to see OT5 again one day

Taeyang telling how broke they are before debut makes me appreciate BIGBANG more. They go through a lot as a group to become stars they are today. They are one of the reasons why YG stands stronger today.

It's sad that seungri isn't in this document. They spent so much time together, half of their youth :( But every VIP knows deep down that they are still together, in this forever :)

Last dance... Yesss, i'm start crying so hard 😭😭

I know a lot of us VIPs are sad that we didn’t see Seungri in the BIGBANG flashbacks. It was done intentionally because they want protect him and the image of the band. I am sure it pained Taeyang and YG much more to have to make such a move; just to ignore 14 years of friendship and history, but the entire case surrounding Seungri is still fresh in everyone's minds. Bringing him up will just cause unnecessary hate back towards him and the image of band. But Taeyang did tribute him in the best possible way he could. Some of these flashback scenes are directly in reference to him, both scenes from Fxxk It actually show this. In the first scene this is where Seungri is singing and G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung are backing up his vocals, although hes not shown we know he is still there. In the second scene of Fxxk It where Taeyang and the others are pointing and laughing is actually at something Seungri did in the behind the scenes for the music video. I know you could say this is just wishful thinking but he could have very easily just not put any of these scenes in the documentary but chose to, I'm not saying hes outright supporting ot5 but hes also not forgetting/ignoring. Even the chorus of Last Dance felt as though it was a message to us, as Taeyang sings it feels like its telling us VIPs to be hopeful and keep believing. [Chorus: G-Dragon & Taeyang] I will sing this song And I will return to you If I can see Your beautiful self again I will listen to this song with you And dance for the last time Remember this moment Forever if you must Just one last dance Of course we don’t know what will happen in the future or if Seungri will ever return. But as someone who has been a fan since their debut I’d like to be optimistic. These 5 guys have been with me through High school, College and my young adulthood, so seeing everything that is going on has been hard. I have been following and keeping up with the case and while many of the original accusations have disassociated Seungri from them and point towards his innocence (which I hope to be true), I know the case is still pending. Regardless though ot5 will always be in our hearts and BIGBANG’s hearts. On a lighter note, I am really enjoying the series because it shows a side of Taeyang as a person and not just Taeyang the celebrity. It just shows everyone that he was never handed his career on a silver platter and everything he has accomplished he has worked for and puts his heart and soul into. Whether that be his music, his stage performance, friendships, or even just his haircut (most relatable lol).

i cried while watching Bigbang’s throwback memories. i miss them a little bit but the real reason is when i looked at the ot4 and realized how much i miss Seungri. As a V.I.P, i don’t even know if i have to hate him or love him. i decided to avoid every single topics bout him because of that... now i just feel like a bad person :(((
