Introductions can be awkward for people, it’s his job as a host to make his guests comfortable instead he demeans people in every episode, happy that Sunil Shetty took a stand!
Let's take a moment to appreciate how nice a guy Mukesh is to talk to with. Felt like he was one of the real ones recently on the show! Also, he was super humble as well!
is it just me or is anyone else also amazed by nikhil's social circle from business tycoon to literally presidents he knows them all. He should really tell us about his communication skills.
Its such a fortunate life that highly achieved individuals like this group are disturbing their daily routines - e.g. Mukesh delaying his sleep time, Suniel flying in all the way from Mumbai, all to learn and create such content that is then easily available, at our convenience, in our preferred manner, for us to absorb in as much detail as one would like to. If anything, at the very least, we must be extremely grateful to technology and individuals like this who come together, literally for self learning and public interest. Thank you folks.
It pains me to see someone so sincere and good at understanding the business risk, trusted Anuradha blindly for 2x money in 21days. Good to see Anna has recovered ❤
First things first….I saw the whole episode in one go with one break in between. Well I’m 66. The whole conversation was so casual , easy on the ear but with so much thought provoking bits. Each one shared a slice of their life with respect to health with a disarming honesty. So it felt real. My take away is our body actually gives a bunch of signals and it must not be ignored . Keep moving this for sure I’m going to do….I have to. Thank you gentlemen for this great episode. Afterthought invite some ladies too as your guests.
Wow.. that's awesome mam & I hope good health is something you're also cognizant of as one should be & take great care as this episode I believe everyone should listen to.
This podcast is so good. I think this is what happens when people with a lot of money come up with ideas for content creation. The quality of this podcast is like 100 times more than a regular one. Notice that you cant even see microphones or headphones in this video, but can still see that audio quality is top notch.
Best key takeaway from the show for me is Nithin Kamath-" I Don't keep anything in my mind , I just say ,resolve that thing before sleep which haunt you because when time passes things becomes more complicated " Many more learning as well Thank you Nikhil 😊 please keep doing this for us . From UP ,tier college
As a 25 yr old this podcast gave me a deep realisation as how much i m compromising my health. The whole convo is so educational and alarming for me to keep in check with my health & body . Thankyou for creating this one!
Nikhil! Banger of a show this! Love the Kamath brothers as always! They bring out the Bangalorean spirit in its true essence! My father knows you’ll personally from the time you’ll were working out of your office on Bannerghatta road. Nitin always ordered his favourite chicken steamed rice from beijing bites
I absolutely love the fact that they acknowledge every body is different and you need to find what works for you. Not being in the rat race to do something but figuring who you are and what you need .
Amazing content! This conversation was truly insightful. As a woman, I often find myself wishing for perspectives from the other half of the population to be included in these discussions. Hopefully, in the future, we can see more inclusive talks that encompass diverse viewpoints. It is crucial to recognize the significance of health, fitness, sports, and meditation in women's lives. While I'm just beginning to understand these concepts more deeply and incorporate them into my own lifestyle, I must admit that it hasn't been easy. I consistently face challenges when trying to find women who speak about how we can collectively make it easier for all of us. Although there are certainly inspiring and beautiful women leading healthy lives in our country, it would be wonderful to place extra emphasis on including women, particularly in discussions surrounding sports. I cannot recall a single day when I was encouraged to go out and play like my brothers or male friends were. Therefore, it is my hope that we will see an increase in women's inclusivity in such panels, as it is of utmost importance. Cheers🎉
I am surprised the real legend is not given much chance to speak..the visionary guy Mukesh Bansal.....nobody understand this topic in depth like he does...
Absolute gold. A simple but powerful conversation on the only topic that should be on top of everyone’s list: Health. A great primer on how to age better!
The amount of value that I got from this content is unparalleled. Much better than pseudo content creators trying to push their own propaganda in the name of intellectual BS.
Hi Nikhil. I love your podcast. Thank you so much. Please ask for advice for young people from each of your guests individually. It will really help us youngsters.
Good health is a function of eight limbs of Yoga - Do’s & Don’ts (principles), Aasana (bodily stability), Pranayam (vital energy), pratihaara (focus & consistency), Dharna (content, calmness with my purpose), dhyaan (meditation to stay still, silent and soulful for deep rest) and samadhi (achieve blissfully).
Great to listen to rich people. Anything you do is meditation or yoga after a certain level. It becomes spiritual. People who do physical work don't need gym.
@Nikhil Kamath ! You are inspiring the next generation with the content that you have been sharing on your podcasts. These are topics that need to be shared across and further discussed which you have managed to do so easily with these conversations. You are indeed helping all the listeners improve their mindset and habits. Thank you for this wonderful podcast. You will continue to inspire all of us
Was glued to this podcast..what a great topic and such amazing inputs from everyone and so raw..Kamath brothers are truly representatives of young progressive India! Nikhil has great connections and is a natural--pls do more podcast around more social issues- women's safety especially in delhi, corruption in govt, casting couch in bollywood etc..
Watched it in background during my office hours. Man this podcast is a gift to your soul mind and body. Y? Coz all 4 of you touched almost everything our modern day lifestyle has. Waiting for such podcasts again. Loved it.
Nikhil is the real content creator. I mean really dude, you just discuss things so organically and create that environment so people there open up. This is so productive. I love the bonding b/w you two brothers. Authentic billionaires.
After start watching the "wtf series" . I start developing a fear , what if Nikhil Sir stops posting this stufff. plz sir keep doing this for us . I am loving this and I'm really getting addicted to this .
The best until now, Nikhil. Please talk about arts, equality, and the importance of family and friends in the comings episodes. I will be really grateful!
It is one of the most natural talk about health I have ever seen, I didn't even take a break to watch whole episode and I also learn many things about health which I didn't even think off and it is very easy to apply, The episode was very sweet, simple and funny. I loved this episode.
Sleeping is an issue for me which leads me take into fitness now it becomes part of my life . I am like nitin every time I am experimenting with something and check whether it works for me or not . You guys are Great . ❤
I liked this podcast a lot. Watched this 2 hour episode without skipping for a second. It was very light, informative, and motivated me to continue my healthy lifestyle.
Am I the sole female viewer of your podcasts? I haven't come across any comments from other female viewers, which makes me wonder. It would be wonderful if you could feature more female guests on your channel. It would be enlightening to witness diverse perspectives and opinions. By having a balanced representation of both genders, we can gain a better understanding of how different opinions and thoughts can vary between males and females. Given India's efforts to promote female entrepreneurship, it would be inspiring for girls to see successful women entrepreneurs featured on your channel.
I agree The podcast is good. But there needs to be a female perspective. For busy women who do not have the ability to lead leisurely health time consuming methods of half hour in sun, hanging on a bar for 2 mins, doing pranayam for an hour Where do they find time for this!?!
Suniel Shetty is the underated Superstar of all time in Indian Cinema. Border, Dhadkan, Hera Pheri, Krishna, Rakshak, Bhai, Kaante, Red Alert and Main Hoon Na are some of his cult films.
Clicked on this video saw that it is 2hrs long, thought I'd watch it for like 10-15mins, but don't know how that 2hrs went by. Super enriching conversation. Loved all the points of view. Can't wait to listen to the next episode.
This podcast🙌🙌 it's like getting meeting with guys without paying..They are sharing such great experience for free.. we need to keep notes of all these.Thanks. please make more👍👍
Simplicity at its best, kudos to the entire WTF team and especially Nikhil. You guys make these thoughtful conversations without forcing it. You guys really have to penetrate into these family whatsapp videos prolly just like shorts.
Massive respect for Suniel Shetty - our Anna. He's such a multifaceted personality. Business, fitness, movies, and what not. He's such an inspiration and a well grounded human being. God bless him. Thanks for having Anna in your panel.
For sure, few people will think about their health and wellness after watching this video. Thank you for the raw form of content. It's an amazing discussion.
Suniel shetty is the only one who i thought was holding back when it came to his diet. He just gave a very general broad spectrum. Even when asked for a specific answer, he kept beating arounnd the bush . Don't know why was he so hesitant to give out the details, while others were so open with their answers which i really appreciated. Am i the only one who felt that about mr shetty or anyone rude also felt that
It's worth waiting for every new episode from Nikhil. Every time I watch gives me a new perspective and new ways to ask questions and listen attentively before a follow up.
nikhil kamath sir please do more of these you are very inspiring some people who are hopless this may not even affect someone in the bigger cities but it helps out a lot thank you so much
@Nikhil our Hindu religion and its practices , our bhajans, shloka recitals in Sansrkit , our yoga , our Satvik food and understanding our culture, is all it takes to keep fit and remain fit whether u r in ur 20s, 30s or ur 60s or 90s.
Dear Nikhil, Thank you for choosing to be vulnerable and pushing your guests to do so too. I love how smoothly the conversations flow on this table. So insightful, so real and so humble. I am hard wired to your podcasts. For the sake of feedback, one more thing I would want to know is a fitness professional’s lens on the comments like - diets work or not, supplements work or not, testosterone, some of the technical conversations, if backed up by a fitness professional who can add on these comments, would add to the wisdom and the insight of this podcast.
This podcast is such a boost and inspiring . I always look forward to your podcasts Nikhil . They are insightful with cross industry experts . I Adding a lot of value to me
I think some health experts should be brought for this purpose, individuals can only share their personal experiences but can't provide holistic wisdom
Sir, sleep and health are the most valuable gifts nature has given to us. No amount of wealth can replace both. But humans lose the real wealth to gain the so called "wealth".
This was such an interesting conversation on different perspectives of health. For a 27 year old like me who is experimenting with my health and fitness routine often, it was so refreshing to see each one talk so openly about what they still want to work on in their lifestyles. Great job 👏
Fantastic conversation. Took a page full of notes. My first time of doing nothing else but listening to the podcast - thank you. Some of the quotes and lessons that resonated deeply with me: Wellness is cheaper than illness. Eat less, sleep more and always move. Fasting, meditation, sunshine/suryanamaskar, gratitude/prayers have always been part of history. "I am who I am but my attitude will depend on who you are." "When worry doesn’t come into it and you're focused, that’s meditation." Suniel Shetty Diet: • Quantify my food • 1600-1900 Calories/day • A cup of team morning/evening with 5-6g of sugar • Salt is measured and added from top, and not in the food • Seasonal fruit with yogurt • 3/4 egg whites - doesn’t like egg yolks • Allergy test • Gluten doesn’t work • Dairy doesn’t suit - casein, lactose • Lactose free milk in small quantities • Dinner finished by 7pm • Need to be active after dinner • 3/4 times pranayam - breathing
Starting the day with a good workout and ending it with this insightful podcast. Fantastic discussion about how we can better manage our health, both physically and mentally!
I think if you touched on mental health and how our mind limits us, it would've been awesome. But all in all, an amazing episode Nikhil. Kudos and looking forward to more knowledge packed sessions such as this one
Hi Nikhil I think Working out at night don't let you sleep bcoz the body gets heated up even if you get a cold shower still the temperature of the body doesn't cool down and thats it disturbs the sleep
Loved all your podcasts but this one was something different only. Please do more from this self help kind of space, some topics can be mental health, conversation skills, time management skills etc. which helped people from different walks of life to grow in their career and personal life as well Much love ❤
Thank Nikhil !! Itni valuable information Dene ke liyn !! Keep maintaining the RAWness in your Podcasts !! Usually paise aane ke baad log masses se connect nahi kar pate but thank you for keeping it simple !! Easy to understand all the Fitness stuff !! Again thank you Regards Akhilesh
This is one of the best podcast I watched . Thank you for doing this you people are so humble and putting in a positive manner to educate others. Heads down . Great job. That line how much money you have still you have insecurity that should change people's thought regarding money.🙏🙏
Nikhil, some feedback that you might consider : ) Try and include women entrepreneurs who are also trailblazers in their own space. Might just add a fair balance to these sessions. Let me also add that this is one of my most-watched video streams. Really refreshing and informative.
