Legendary Zimdancehall Artist Sniper Storm opens up about everything from pioneering Zimdancehall to his rivalry with Winky and his association with Zanu PF.
Haaa Sniper is a true legend, General ma1 ayaa. He is number 1 vamwe vese tangirai kuverenga ku9. Anopikisa izvi enda unoongororwa Brain. Salute the General you getting better with age like wine.
I like the fact that Sniper defended the mother of his child...And he is very relaxed and he has emotional intelligence dai ari umwe munhu anokurumidza kubata ma feelings he was going to overreact...Respect
In Zimbabwe we don't know how to preserve legends. Thank you Sniper Storm for your contribution in the music industry from Urban Grooves to ZimDancehall. Thank you Sniper Storm❤
Despite the fact that Denny doesn't like Sniper, Denny got owned by the tremendous wisdom from this artist (Sniper), I'm personally a huge fan of this guy now. The honestness that runs within his veins is way beyond our comprehension. Salutations Sniper 👏👏💯✌️💪
Hmmm Sniper muface waDenny. Didn't hear Denny at the end say the Sniper always performs at Ghetto story in memory of Marvin Jiro. Murikurasika papi chairman. Dennny is just asking the hard questions which the viewers want to know about .

This Artist handled this interview with grace and respect and it shows. It was him that held this conversation together. Because this show came with thier own agender but are failing to show this man his respect online the way he carried him self exposed this.
Uuum kumuti wapera kwacho kwanga kutori personal hamuna kuzviwonawo here kunge matumwa kkk ko iko kuzomanikidza munhu kuti tengesa benz nekuti hauna chauyinacho kkk akomanaka
The intro says it all the guy is a legend whether arikurira now or not but he is a legend.let's learn to appreciate good talent coz some of Snipers songs are still unmatched till right now but you won't realize that bcoz you're still waiting for ma opinions ana denny nana Becky kuti uyite decision.Don't let good music die 💯 coming to the car issue wakomana awa waka itiswa nezanu from way back n i think it's time they also benefit something but everyone is titled to their own opinions
The General Himself. Salute chibaba chezvibaba Sniper Storm. Mukomana uyu ndiye akakopwa chimilitary touch chiya chiya, ndovaridzi vemiritary tachi ava just that people dont appreciate. I also noticed though kuti mkomana paakati eiyo f*ka ndopaakaluza grip. Iye pachake ane paakatomboti akanzi unoimba but ma eiyo f*ka ndopamunozvidhakisa.
He is an icon in Zimdancehall genre no lie l like it when he said he said he was expecting competition and Winky D raise to power he said he recognised the album VANHU VAKURU was a best album 🎉 he doesn't hate anyone
A huge shout out to boiz dzeTonaz this was probably the best interview as yet,Sniper came out and said it all kwazvaka tangira & hapana amupikisa … then much much respect to SNIPER again he is just like me,haana stigma on disabled people,my ex was disabled but I didn’t see anything wrong with us being tese & I wish the world was like that too.
Best interview ....snipper is a legend and he deserves the benz despite supporting zanu if the economy was right through his works dai akatoita benz so people should just see it that way......
I salute and admire your self awareness/control/confidence makanyanya general dai arimumwe akutoita hasha dzegurwe akutozvigura gura makumbo mangwana uchizoda futt kustepa😅😅😅
Thank you to The Denny J show for inviting this legend. Sniper Storm , great interview . Denny and Becky doing the best job . To those who are ignorantly accusing the interviewers of having a vendetta against Sniper you have to understand that those hard and seemingly harsh questions need to be answered publicly and will always work in the artist's favour especially against trolls online .
See, with all due respect to the legendary Snyper, he is just struggling to repackage himself. No one blackballed him, his time is up. Music is not static, it moves with time & sounds that were hits back then can not be relevant today & will certainly not work with this generation. No one can tell me in this age of streaming & social media that one still believes in being “blocked,” that’s just lazy thinking. The people he used to entertain long left the country & vavana Baba, he should be touring outside the country finding them because takura. The 50 cent of this World are touring because they understand kuti they are of the yester era and they are not trying to be relevant today - they repackaged & are serving their specific market which is our generation (I’m 36) No insult to him but because zim music has no money & most old artists find themselves trying to drag their careers longer than they should nekuti they have nothing to show for their popularity, they start sounding desperate in their old age. Snyper right now should be performing old songs kunana UK, SA & USA were his older crowd now resides. He must also be looking into diversifying to other revenue streams through the name he has created, or even becoming a producer. He is just failing to rebrand & now blaming it on the industry. Same thing is happening with Tich Mataz who thinks traditional commercial radio/TV still works because they made a name with it. I remember an episode were Denny J was correcting him even encouraging podcasting which I felt was brilliant advice. These older guys are just too stuck and refuse to adapt - ndosaka vachidonha.
Thats in-depth analysis with solution at the end, artist should not stick on old hatred, thy should find way out from kupera kwawo and revive themselves
This is a point. I feel he is now having imaginary enemies simply because haachaarira. Winky D has been on top of the game because he rebranded and changed strategies.
Learnt a lot. I thank the internet now our music industry history yakubuda. A lot we did know about this journey of trying to urbanise Zimbabwean music. But with these interviews takukwanisa kunzwisisa. Then, pama productions apo, the WOLFMAN mamuita mwana but hey he was one person not to be reckon with.
Sniper is booked outside because his music resonates with millenniums ndovaku diaspora, Local music consumer now is Gen Z , and Gen Z pro. The remaining audience for millennium are not frequent out going. Its just the era ,
Sniper musically he is good... I remember 2013 when I was a 1:1 muFreshman raijambisa. Mface uyu should find his feet again and bounce back. Push RU-vid and challenges on tik tok, do collabos ...Disrupt the old skul of doing things waiting for bookings
If people claim you are the best come out and back it up like Sniper did,if you can’t then there is nothing to write home about, haakwane uya uya weku diwa nema form 4.Sniper ndiye mukuru weChinhu ichi, I remember in a video Fantan said it “sniper is the pioneer of zimdancehall” and to me it simply means ndiye chiGOAT !! …

Denny is 100% Correct musicians have right to have a political party but it's a risk to your music if you publicly reveal your side. And 2 a man should never bow down on his knees to another man no matter what!
To these day i aomwtimes listen to sniper old school. Akapenga hake. He shoukd have been the ZNA ambasaddor ahead of Jah Prayza. But then life no balance
The 1st guy kutaura/kuimba nendimi paSong. The 1st musoja singer. THE BEST DISS SONG / SONG YEHONDO EVER - (GENERAL PAVOODO) nothing is closer to that . Thank you General for the Show , thank you guys for getting him on the show. That was a great lesson about dance hall - we need more of these artists vatipe zvizere so we know how we got here .
