Thanks for the shout out! 18:30 Great use of the 1-rail kicking system that I learned from Tony Robles! 💪

Right near the end I see Rick still has a death grip on his cue. 2 or 3 fingers on the butt is plenty. In my opinion anyway.

Haha yeah, he has some bad habits I’m trying to break him of. One at a time… one at a time. And I just screenshot this to send to him 🤣 but truthfully, he has one of the softest shots you’ll ever watch. A lot of times, too soft. He was told early on he hits too hard and he went too far the other way.

Sometimes it's a bit difficult to tell exactly how hard or how someone is gripping the cue. A lot of people think I'm gripping with my whole hand but I'm just using the first two fingers for grip and the back two for balance and stabilization.

@@procrastinator6902 Likewise. I technically do have a full grip around the cue but it's just firm enough so I can feel what it's doing and have a full control. I'm far from white knuckling it but I don't leave it hanging with an air gap between the cue and my palm. It's about feel while having control. While I am about to do a power draw, my fingers will flutter and I remind myself to "relax your grip."

@@DonaldCooper-gy8qf thanks and thanks! I like the crosshairs. Makes it more obvious to what I’m mentioning.

2-3 balls on the break will help solve a lot of nine ball problems😂
