Man you are spot on with boots on the ground and a wrap on truck to look professional. the rest I am watching to learn, Thank you!. I was in another service and retired but got depressed going from something to what I felt was nothing so I am starting this work from the bottom.
Love the tips, only thing I'd question is the lime, depending on where you are lime could be a bad idea based on the areas normal pH. Love the milorganite idea. But you'd likely go further with black kow and milorganite instead. The organic material in black kow would do a better job stabilizing pH issues.
@ASKMRBUBBLES yessir! In lawn services down here in Florida Dolomitic lime is commonly used to drive pH up. But it's alot.. typically 25lb/1000sqft or 50lb/1000sqft. Agricultural split pea sulfur is typically used to drive down pH, but I'm not sure how sulfur would react with SH.

Hey Mr bubbles, my question is what do you do with the gutter bags when you're done do you dump them nearby or do you take them back to your shop where do you use a neutralizer in the bag?
Thank you for the great comment and question. That is not actually oxidation but rather calcium deposits which we get a lot in Maryland after really bad winters. But yes, that come come off. The chemicals you use for that is called EFLO. You have to charge extra for that because the chemical is not cheap. GREAT QUESTION!

Thanks for the video and information! How reliable has the AR45 been? What gpm is the pressure washer used for the house wash? What size ladder was that? Thanks again and love the videos!
Thank you for the comment...the Ar45 is going into its 3rd season and still kicking strong. We absolutely love that system. Most of our trucks have 8 GPM machines for house washing. Make sure you watch episode 01 because there we did a complete walk around of one of our trailer setups. Here's the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EIvyhxBW9mk.html
Hey, thank you for the comment and great question...only if it's super clean and you are using a HOT MIX; other than that, softwashing is your best bet.
Thank you for the great comment and question, I am using the soaker gun on this Job. I will put the link to it below. The equipment I am using is a AR45 Roof pump. Here's the link to the soaker gun: amzn.to/3tc5dwm
Hey brother, thank you for the great comment and question. We have some fixed pricing depending on neighborhoods but a lot of what we do is by sq. ft. For roofs we charge .65 cents per sq. ft.
Why don't you use the same red gun with adjustable spray pattern for house washing? Also I think it would be a great idea to add a donation Link in the description for people who want to buy you a coffee
Hey thank you for the awesome comment and question, Yeah, we have a lot of videos on the channel where we soft wash a house with the red gun. That is the best and super easy to do. Also, there's a "THANKS BUTTON" on all my videos. But you are right, I will sign up for that and add it to my comment section. Thank you for the awesome suggestion!
I like it, every situation is different and you have to act accordingly, this job was done last week and absolutely nothing happened to the grass. As long as the chems gets diluted, that's the trick.
No, in our case we have a metering system, so we adjust according to the need of that roof. Typically we use around 4% but roof washing can go anywhere from 3-6%. Thanks for the great question!
Thank you for the great question, there's a lot of factors to consider, such as...is the roof walkable, are there a lot of plants, do they have gutter helmets? These are some of the issues you might run into, however, a ballpark figure for you would be $899
@@ASKMRBUBBLES I don't think the roof is walkable. However it's 1 story and I have equipment that can reach to the peak especially on a ladder. They only have gutters on a very small area in the back patio and also yes there are plants but only about 30% around the house. This would also be my first roof. But even so I am confident about it.
Thank you for the great question and comment. In the end we dump it into an empty tank that is in our trailer. Then we recycle the chemical to use in our pump sprayers. How long have you been in the business?
