Yes..B-7 is such a nicer color than B-5!!! Chrysler made lots of rare option packages.. I had a real reliable/quick/fast/excellent rattle free solid original '70 383 Super Bee in B-7 in beautiful original condition/paint looked great too but some chips and a minor ding/dent of the rear 1/4 ..Sadly my 17 year old self sold it for a newly painted red 69 383 Road Runner. I figured I could sell the Super Bee and have a show quality looking car instead of fixing up the Super Bee!!! Road Runner was real fast with its rebuild and built up 383 but was pieced together from 3 different cars ,it drove good but after 2 years the 1/4's started bubbling and a little on the rockers and oops Bondo Buggy!! Should have kept the Bee.Then sold that for a solid ,original GG1 dark green 68 Charger R/T (that I still have)...
That is just a beautiful Bee! Cool options on it too. I had a chance to get a B7 '69 Road Runner once, but it slipped through my fingers. Great video Jeremy ☺️
You have B7 blue lower and B7 blue upper exterior paint colors, B7 blue upper interior door panel color and from pages 32 and 33 of the 1969 Dodge Color and Trim Sector H2C white vinyl seats with blue carpet.
V08 is a waiver for hazardous chemicals in the paint. California always has a cancer warning that other states don't have. Letter E in the VIN is for Los Angeles, CA that's where it was built.
That looks like a pretty nice Super Bee!!! I found a 22,000 mile, numbers matching, 1969 Super Bee about a decade ago in a metal building that was a 1 family owned car. Jerry Heasley did a story on the rescue and it was featured in Muscle Car Review magazine at the time. I spent a year going through the car making it reliable (I left the patina alone) and still drive it to this day. I love the car. Here is a link to a visit I did back to the shed where I found it along with a slideshow of what it looked like at the time. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_0qtAI2EKgY.html
My 69 super Bee was a 383 Hurst 4 speed damn I miss that car I had the matching 69 Coronet 440 few more challengers chargers power wagons 😆great find 🍀get R done😎✌️
That should be a great looking car when it's done. Aside from the whiskey dents all down the passenger's side, the body looks pretty good. Does make me wonder how the hell you cave in a rocker panel like that.
◄Here’s what the ass end of a 69 bee should look like. Sorry, is only B5 Blue. Hood pins, ram air package 383, 4-speed, sure grip, virgin-white vinyl interior. We’ve been together for 54 years now. Almost bought a hemi from Mr. Norm’s in September of 68 when model year 69 first went on sale. Bought the 383 Magnum instead. Never regretted it. Still have that gem-unrestored, still looks pretty good. We're growing old together. Still is the best car I’ve ever owned.
What did that beauty go for? I have a list of cars I will be in the market for when I become a lawyer and this car is in that list. I want to have an idea of how much I will be spending in 5 years haha.
Believe it or not that two-tone color scheme might be the actual original seats!! 🤷♀️ Because I do know, a lot of roadrunners and superbeets of that era the inside door panels were painted black, not body color (Or most I've seen anyway). So that might have something to do with it??🤷♀️
@@ShadeTreeVintageAuto I've heard the same thing about him! 🤦♀️ Go figure the employee turnover rate is so high. 😒 I kind of thought that cocky attitude he has was just for the show..... But apparently that is exactly how he is in real life! 🤦♀️ But I do agree with this guy's previous comment. Mark Worman would probably know what that odd tag code means. And if he doesn't know..... Tony D'Agostino or Galen Govier would definitely know!!! 🙂 Might be worth a shot to reach out to them? 🤷♀️
That is a very unusual interior. More specifically those seats. It's going to come down to that. Edit: oh, not the original interior. No wonder why it's so "unusual". Never mind 😂
@@ShadeTreeVintageAuto before I was born by a few years I'm thinking in 1975 my dad owned a bright red 69 1/2 super bee mag500 wheels redline tires, ramcharger hood and scoops,383 4spd, and removable body side scoops,so that is why I guessed 69 1/2
