No wonder I couldn’t find this house on Zillow. One thing I like about the house is the window over the kitchen sink. So many of TV homes are so dark. It’s largely because of the placement of the garage. The pool is great. I don’t swim, but these pools are shallow. Home is 30 years old. I really like it. People are going to want to buy this house right now.
Laurel Manor Plaza must be new, since we moved away? Love all the new places coming! Rio Grande brought back fond memories of our first home on Rivera Rd. ❤️👍 The golf course review brought back fond memories too. Cameraman and I played most of them. Hole #3 was always a favorite hole too! 🏌️♂️👍 Another great video! 👏👏🏆🥇
Thank you John. Cameraman is always talking about ‘when me and John did this, when me and John did that’. He had a good time and he definitely misses you.
When Portillo's opens in Lady Lake, I recommend you try the Italian beef sandwich, Chicago style hot 🌭 dog...no ketchup goes on a Chicago hot dog 🌭 and Portillo's chocolate cake. I also like Portillo's salads. Portillo's has been a Chicago staple since the 1960's.
Nice video. I like your pool home. I was wondering if the top of the bird cage was glass or screen. If screening , does the summer rain cause problems with the pool? How much is monthly rent during off season?
The whole birdcage ie screen. The pool has an overflow system that runs into a drain so most of the time no problems. Very occasionally with a prolonged heavy rain it may fill up to the top but it’s very easy to pump out any excess water with the built in pump. Right now I have to numbers one other rent or sale price. As soon as I do we will let you know through our channel.
@@tnek6591 Thank you. I have seen a few bird cages with coverings on top of the bird cage ( over the pool and part of the yard). I am not sure if this is primarily for shade or both shade and pool protection. Do you see this often ? Do you think it is a good idea? Thank you.
House of the week looks like an Amarillo model. It would make a lovely snowbird home. But then, I wouldn't want a pool in a part time home. Too much liability.
