You are SO lovely and so very encouraging!!! I’ll be joining the party after the holidays for sure. Thank you for everything you do four us Libby! You are truly a gem to the knitting community! Blessings.....Beverly
Well, you sold this pattern to me! Not that you did a hard sell but because of your description of the pattern, how to choose wool, the pros and cons of those other options and the honesty regarding the wool you chose and its ‘pillability’! The extra info and cute pockets, plus the fact that it looks perfect to wear with dresses and, well everything, and I’m in! Off to stash dive and check into the Ravelry group, thanks Libby x
Hello from San Diego! I can't believe I have only just discovered your podcast. I am from Melbourne and it's so nice to hear my language. I have a week off for the thanksgiving holidays - which gives me a week to catch up on your other 98 podcasts! Have a blast in Sydney.
Love your podcast! Thank you for the tip on mohair. I have a shawl I knit last spring and the edge is too tightly bound off. So I was actually going to cut it off and try again. I will give this a go!
And so after two days in the freezer and a few perplexed comments from various family members, I took to my Shibui Silkcloud that I was alternating with some beautiful Ochre Yarns Yak/silk/merino blend with scissors ✂️ 😝
I have this pattern but unfortunately I could not understand the instructions for the abbreviations 😬 Are there any tutorials that demonstrate these stitches and short rows?
