100% correct. And No- is used in female names and it actually stands for "mother of". Example Nompumelelo means mother of success. And we use So- if the person is male. Although, this is hardly used. Eg, Somizi means father of houses. Sozimali (male) Nozimali (female) But generally for males we use, like you said, Sihle and Themba and not Sosihle or Sothemba.
