Hey what do u recommend for a 5'6 170lbs guy who whants to run daily (every 2 to 3days) 5 to 7 miles ? With a budget of 50€
@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES Год назад
@@mehmetsevimli3330 I know that "the budget" might seem very important but, is NOT "the" most important really. The most important thing remains our feet. Things to keep in mind: - width of them (narrow vs regular vs wide), - arch/instep (low arch or so called "flat feet" vs medium arch vs high arch), - pronation (over vs neutral vs under), see the video about pronation if you want: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IE1uv06khOs.html&ab_channel=RUNFAQ), IF you still don't know how is yours, we will ignore it for now and I will assume you have a neutral one. - weight - the one you said is not excessive (so basically almost any kind of running sneakers even those with medium-low cushioning won't be a big problem, although better cushioning less fatigue for the feet in general). Once I know what kind of feet you have I might recommend you something.
@mehmetsevimli3330

@@EasyLifeES so, after measurement, wide, high arch and underpronation (supination).
@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES Год назад
@@mehmetsevimli3330 Ok, something like NEW BALANCE 1080V12 or New Balance Fresh Foam X 860v13 will be the way you need. The problem is that you have "wide width feet" instead of "regular" and for this category you lose most of the sneakers available on the market (that I know) at the low prices. So, unless you can find an outlet store that sells the mentioning models but, 1 or 2 versions older it might be much harder to fit something in your budget. If by chance you live in Europe, you can try Zalando Prive and if you are patient enough (in few weeks I'm 100% sure that you can find those models at that price or very close to that with little bit of luck). In that online store, brands like NB, Nike, Adidas, Saucony even Asics (and probably few other more) are coming with special offers for limited time and limited number of sneakers for most of the sizes. I didn't recommend it other brands, because I'm familiar with NB quality and is little bit better made, the longevity is greater from what I've seen during the years from my experience (also Asics was pretty durable in some particular models). As an alternative NB Fresh Foam Arishi v4 is a neutral sneaker that might still work for you as well but, it depends where are you living... In Spain is found only in Regular and in States is also in WIDE and XWIDE. Nike Pegasus models might be also an option but, I didn't try it them so far to see how was the durability on them... I hope this helps you somehow, as a starting point.

I just ordered Nike Pegasus 40 Extra Wide size 10, while I normally wear size 10.5 for regular width Nike shoes, although they're a bit tight on the width. And I see you got the same size for the Peg 40s wide with your other running shoes, so I'm wondering if I should also go with the same 10.5 even for the Extra Wide fit Peg 40s. Thanks!

I am a Regular width in all my footwear, here I'm showing both as a comparison for those that were wondering how big is the difference between the different widths (and is around 1-1.5cm difference). For me even the Regular of the "40's" is giving me a bit more roomy toe box than other models with Regular width. I do explain all these things along the entire video. I hope this comment clarified some of your doubts (and even other people that misunderstood what i'm doing in this video).) Btw if they are tight, please try to return them (unused, of course) and try going to a physical store for the best possible fit that you can have. Normally there you have enough options to ser what's right for you. You're welcome, my pleasure!

My feet are "regular width" in all the sneakers. In this video I'm showing both only the let my viewers see how big is the difference for me in between 2 different widths. So they are here only for the purpose of the comparison. Nothing else. Btw I didn't keep either one because usually I don't keep them, only a small number of them they will remain in my wardrobe (I'm not the kind of guy that collects sneakers). I only keep a pair if it meets the most of my expectations and it happens to be at a very good discount at some point (and that happens very rarely and usually show them as "a benchmark sneakers" in my rest of the episodes). Sometimes I also show updates overtime to show the public how did they hold up.the best possible fit. Being "a regular width guy", obviously the regular version was giving me the best fit in my case. For me they run true to size in Nike.

Some people tell me that regular shoe is original and wide shoe made in china is fake. So my question this made in china nike wide shoe is original or fake. ❤ bruh plz answer me .
@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES 2 месяца назад
Most of the brands that I know, have models that are made in more than just 1 place on Earth. This particular pair happens to be "Made in China" but that doesn't mean absolutely nothing... Just another supplier like everyone else. They where coming directly from "nike.com", so obviously are 100% authentic. If they were brought from "a shady store" I might have some doubts. Here is NOT the case... So absolutely no worries that they might be replicas/fakes or anything in between. They are models that are made in more than 1 width. Now depending on the the country it might be available or not. In States usually you can find more widths than here in Spain as an example... But they know where they will have more se selling points. I hope that I manage to clear your doubts. Have a nice day!

@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES 10 месяцев назад
I have around 26cm/9.8-10.2cm and I use regular... your feet probably are slightly wider than most of the people that usually have regular width. Try checking same model in NB store were you can see physically the difference in between various widths (NB Fresh Foam 1080 v12 if you want). They usually have them in stock in more than one width.

@@EasyLifeES we have the same foot size, i use regular pegasus and i am having bruises on my 2nd smallest toe and some rubbing on the smallest toe. the alphafly 2 that i have seems to be a little bit snug. is that normal? i checked on the internet and 10cm/4 inches width is considered E/2E, wide already. we are in between D and 2E on width. very hard to purchase shoes online now, as i have to fit them in real life to be sure that it can accommodate my foot width.
@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES 10 месяцев назад
Hi there, I never tried the alphafly models so I can't say how those are in comparison with other models that I've tried. But, usually the shape of our feet can be very different even though the sizes can match more or less. I mean the arch can be different, the shape of the toes also... And very important even the age that we have. Usually older we get... Wider they will end up being our feet. All those things are really important. For me Pegasus 40 was a good fit in Regular width. I didn't needed to go wider than that. I made the episode only from pure curiosity to see how much wider can be when you choose a different width than normal (the difference was +10mm or slightly more from a width to the next one... I don't have better instruments to see how much that was). Basically how big was the increase from Regular to Wide. For sneakers I discover that I can't rely on the table that they have on the webpages. So checking them with my own feet is always a must for ME. Knowing my size is something and knowing my width is as important as the size is. Also some models they are simply poorly made (no size will fit me well) and I will just have to skip them even though I like how they look. I never know if they will be a hit and miss or perfectly good the way they are. This is the problem with shopping online. When I can I check the models that I'm interested in a physical store and place the order on "the cheapest well-known online store" that I can find. Because from the pictures I will miss (like you did) the entire experience... the comfort... the cushioning... the fit... If they are airy or not, how good are the materials and so on. Also be sure you measure your feet well (not kidding). For example measuring them in the morning is not the same as measure them in the evening or after a long shift. That is why a podiatrist will always advise you to do it after 8PM. Also remember to give them around 20mm free space in between you bigger toe and the front end of the shoe (otherwise you risk to go with the wrong size, usually smaller than you should). Because our feet are swelling while we exercising, or wear them for longer periods of time.
@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES 10 месяцев назад
BTW never keep a pair if it doesn't have good comfort right out of the box. If is leather is a different thing, if is anything synthetic... There is no excuse (for me at least). In the end the health of my feet is more important than any brand/model in the world...

@EasyLifeES
@EasyLifeES Год назад
It depends what are your priorities. In my opinion they don't worth it, not even for 5$ (for me at least). They are better sneakers out there for that price. I can't recommend UB21/22... Probably the only 2 models from "Ultraboost series" that I didn't like it and caused me problems with the comfort. A sneaker should be comfortable right out of the box, especially if is not made from leather. If they aren't I just skip them... They are plenty to choose on the market. Now everyone can decide for itself if they meet their expectations or not. I hope this comment helps you somehow!

Yeah, since pandemic all the brands started to do more compromises than before. Usually the newer model use to be a serious improvement over the previous one. Now I only see just 1 GOAL... To REDUCE the amount of the materials! And that affects performance, quality, durability and even Safety (when they have more exposed foam in the outsole). They say they want them lighter... But is NOT ONLY for the performance... Is to reduce costs as much as they can. When we buy the same model year after year we notice that very easy. Random buyers maybe won't know the difference. Thank you for watching this video!

@EasyLifeES 7 месяцев назад
I'm not fully sure what you meant to say... You ask if is not big difference in between Normal and Wide? IF that is what you are asking, I will say that is not a huge difference but still, you can feel that "Wide version" is more roomy inside of the toe box (I have a medium - high instep and still notice it well). Depending of the shape of your feet it might be OK, or way "too wide" for you. In my case they are "almost OK" in Wide version but, obviously I prefer "the Regular/normal" width that being the correct width for me. For running, they will had been a bit too loose for my feet. I might be able to control de lock down with the lacing system, but wouldn't be perfect for me. If your feet are narrow, don't even consider "the wide option", because you will regrete it for sure. Nike's "Regular width" is wider already than other brands from my testing: New Balance, Asics, Adidas in "Regular" aren't that Wide as the Nike is from my experience.

"but now the cheaper shoe is more durable and better then the expensive shoe" - This is true and I already started to approach this subject in my latest videos (not yet released, they need some extra editing to be online). The problem is that the best foams (the cushy ones) are in the more expensive models and in the low cost you gain longevity but you lose comfort and cushioning. Sometimes is very obvious because you can totally tell the difference and other times in other models the difference is not that big. And for my feet the cushioning is a must now (having plantar fasciitis). My job will be to "highlight" the ones that are inexpensive but, they still have a decent comfort for the price that they have. So because of "that", the next 3 pairs are under 100€/$ each pair: - Adidas Ultrabounce - NB Arishi v4 - NB 411 v3 I don't say I own show the more expensive ones from now on but still I will keep an eye for the "low budget" ones too. Maybe at some point I would check the ones you mention (if I have the time to cover those too). The sneakers seen on the channel aren't the only footwear that is in my home. And not everything that is my wardrobe is on the channel either. Also I don't live alone, SHE also has a good amount of them. After the first year of the channel I simply run out of space. And I won't transform my home in a warehouse just because are people that won't think enough how is for someone to have a channel dedicated to footwear. I like clean spaces and a warehouse in my home is NOT a solution for my life. At the end of the day this channel is just a hobby and nothing else.
