What to do in London? Breakfast baking class at Le Cordon Bleu London.
Such a fun and informative class at probably the best culinary school in the UK. Taught by an expert pastry chef who shared tips and tricks on how to make the perfect croissant!
It was a 6 hour class starting at 8am in their campus in Holborn. We made croissant, Danish and brioche plus you get a recipe booklet, apron, tea towel and pen to take home.
