Thanks Arlene!! We are following the Keto diet, which is similar to Atkins diet, basically low carb high protein. It's pretty strict with carbohydrates. No root vegetables (like carrots, onions, potatoes, beets etc..) no legumes (like peas), and certainly NO sugar and NO breads, NO rice, NO pasta. Mostly meat, cheese, eggs.... almost like a 'caveman diet'. It's not too bad for the first couple days but once the cravings for chips or popcorn or pasta or bread kick in, it gets a little tougher. There is lots of information on 'Keto' (Ketogenic) diets online and we just follow what we learn online about it.

Wow I couldn't believe what you have that Cascade priced at. Here in the states it is probably $6.00 max for a large box. Great finds though, that Elizabeth Arden is very pricey here in the states and can only be found in the very high end stores such as Macy's and JcPenney's. You did very well. I didn't see any furniture there as they advertised?? Maybe they sold it all already 😕?

I think I was lead astray a bit by Amazon on the cost of the cascade... turns out to buy it in store is likely closer to $12 than the Amazon price. The Liz Arden stuff tho, Ya... WAY more expensive than I would have thought.,

Doubt you'd get a copyright strike with this music. My cousin took a macrame class. Everyone else made a pot sling. She made a hammock and never made anything else. That's what she wanted to give a friend. The instructor was shocked she could make it.
