I had actually forgot about the evolution of misery and raine, so this episode was a fresh reminder of the depth of this epic tail. Makes 0 sense why Guy would care about Rimuru disrupting the balance when Guy is trying to win the game.

One thing overlooked in this meeting, is Guy finds out Rimaru is a reincarnated other-worlder. Rimaru assumed Guy knew the whole time. Suddenly for Guy, the existence of Rimaru finally makes sense. I think Guy says something like, “now I don’t need to be suspicious of you anymore.” From Guys perspective this is natural, because how else could a 3 year old slime become a highly intelligent, OP demon lord? Thanks for the videos.

Nice clear and concise videos, well done! I found you on episode 8 a few months ago. I guess it'll be this coming season before the anime catches up to where you started. I don't think it'll hurt being spoiled by this because the anime is well done and reading ahead in a few manga hasn't ruined the anime for me, bleach as an example (thought TWBW would never get made). Anyways, well done, keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for the support, your answer has really put my mind at ease. Personally, having read the novel didn't affect my perception of the manga and anime either; instead, it made me pay more attention to certain details, including aspects present in the book but not in the manga, and vice versa. Of course, this may not apply to everyone. I just want to help those who are curious about the exciting upcoming plot to get a brief understanding in my own way. The truly fascinating part of this novel starts with the empire battle, where many previously laid hints are revealed. However, for the anime and manga, it's uncertain when they will reach this point.

No problem, happy to help. AniNews said the 2nd Hinata fight will happen this coming season so look forward to it. I don't have any reason to distrust him. It'll be nice to see it animated. Yeah, I'll be alright. Sometimes I find myself rewatching to see the past clues, not that I don't usually enjoy it, but I increasingly don't have the time with so many good things coming out.
