I know Veldanava give Justice king the ability to dominate all angelic skills, but what if he never allowed that to happen with wisdom king... I mean in all other cases, Rudra/Michael dominated the users almost immediately when they got in his presence, however this never happened with Rimuru. Plus wisdom king Raphael never really gave the impression that she knew about ultimate dominion before hand..

Lord of Justice can dominate all angelic skills, yet Rudra/Michael/Feldway need to know who has that angelic skill(s). For example, Feldway knew Dino had one, and he can then control Dino. Similar to Velgrynd under Michael's control. Yet, they never knew who had Lord of Wisdom, so Lord of Wisdom got interfered yet Rimuru didn't get dominated. Later when Michael got Velzard Dragon Factor, he could detect were those Angelic skills. Yet the labyrinth could block the detection. So they firmly believed lord of oath and lord of wisdom were in the labyrinth. (yet they were evolved by Ciel)

and since Ciel was born. They didn't need Wisdom King Rapheal anymore. so it was used in the creation of Void God Azathoth. Basically saying Rimuru both has and doesnt have wisdom king Rapheal anymore

I got another friend asked same question, I actually answered it in EP74. Milim sent Frey and Carrion to Dwargon Nation, and they helped there. Yet Milim herself met with Obera and had to talk with her. The first phase of the war, the latytinth defense, Rimuru won and others just watching from distance. The second phase, however, was just from the sudden control over Veldora. And everything happened so fast, that it probably just a few hours or even less, the Empire lost😂 so others had no time to send help too…
