Now I'm tempted to go paint the eyes on my cast iron pieces😅 Hope we'll get to see the bookends displayed in your library ~ bet they'll look fantastic there!

...as opposed to buying them new at a store... that was kind of what I was going for but I see your point David.... probably worth half that as 'used'.
9:17 Bluebird Elder Move Solutions. I looked them up online because when you mentioned them, their business model sounded really interesting. I am really impressed with the scope of the work they do. They should franchise!
On Etsy they have those horse bookends listed as: Rare Find, Vintage 1940's LE Smith Art Deco Horse Molded Clear Glass Bookends (S600) Price: $165.00! They are nice!
Yay, second comment!! Very diversified selection today, what fun items, I would have bought them too. Rob, I've never heard of tainted depression glass, but tinted, LOL! Sorry, I'm a word phobe!! Had fun as usual, thanks for the entertainment!
Wow, what a sale that lady had. I saw Hummel’s, Ildro’s, a fur walker coat hanging right at her table, china patterns and a fur scarf. I would love to have the fur coat. Do you ever sell any of your furs Karen?
I still have my sealing wax kit from my freshman year at San Diego State (1969/70)! It turned out to not be as much fun as I wanted it to be, but I still used it several times!---Rob, I'd like the monologue much better if you didn't edit the flubs! Just go with it!
Karen appears to be carrying the new Harley purse that I saw her buy at another sale. Yes? And Karen looks so pretty - with eyes sparkling in the 2nd sale - the one that the elderly ladies were having …where she is talking to Rob among the old books - she standing at the end of the long book case. Barbara.
Love your videos !! We love to go to estate sales and yard sales !! Would love to have one of your tee shirts !! Do you ship to the United States ? Peggy
Off-topic. 10:58 Isn’t that something…you ran across someone who winters in Texas and Arizona. I agree with her. Personally, I think Arizona is much better than Texas. Sedona, Arizona is spectacular. One of my favorite places is Deerfield Beach, California. It is a popular place for surfing and the surfers are really good. They also have several volleyball courts (nets) on the beach, and those people are really good too. Searching for shells along the beach was fun.
We would LOVE to visit both Texas AND Arizona some day!!! Hopefully once our channel is larger and we can actually make a living off our videos, Rob won't have to work a fulltime job during the week anymore and we can travel and visit sales in other Canadian provinces and also visit the USA!
We are collectors, and keep about 80% of the items we buy. We do not resell for a living or have any kind of store or online presence where we sell things (other than our merch store...) and we do not make a living as resellers. With that being said, as we buy things and bring them into the house, we inevitably have to sell things or get rid of things so as not to become hoarders. When Karen DOES sell something, she just uses a local online buy/sell app like LetGo or OfferUp and people just come to the house to pick up whatever they are buying.
