But how you get the value 0.15 in the junction 1 to calculate first base demand ,and if you can tell me anothers base demand calculats ??

Remember, all the figures are theoretical. If you begin your analysis from an urban planning and thus determining if the settlement is low, medium or high density, and referring to WHO standards on water demand per capita (aka per person) per day (eg. 150 litres/p/d, for low density assumption is you have 6 No. people in the house thus 900l/d or 37.5litres/hr or 0.625litres/min or 0.01litres/second) as base demand. After this, sizing of the pipe is the only element remaining as you'd have a target pressure and flow velocity to attain your base demand.
