I absolutely adore the fall colors. By the way, do you recall that video you took us up in the mountains on your gram bike? Would the electric bike make it there, or is that a no-go? 🙅
On its own no it’s FAR but I REALLY want to take the e-bike up there it will make it if put it in the car and park somewhere up there which I plan to do 100%
Vehicles exceeding 4,476 watts or 50cc are considered motorcycles/motor vehicles by the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles (CRS42-1-102(55)) straight from the website mine falls under those regulations 🤷♀️ and that path specifically allows class one and class 2 e bikes because out of the box it’s a class 2 iv literally talked to the park rangers about it 💀 and they all say the regulations are clear as mud but AS FAR AS WE CAN TELL your following all rules and regulations so idk what to tell you I’m going to do it until they tell me I can’t people ride dirt bikes in the street, Denver is literally a GTA server but god forbid I ride max 12 mph on a sidewalk where it’s allowed 💀
So there is a lot of gray area but I have done my research and since there are different modes I can make it go class one and class two e-bike speeds which on a trail like this it is completely legal and I do those speeds when on a trail. I cut out a lot but most people that passed me were on bigger e-bikes than me so it really dose depend on the trail and the area
