Im an Arena/GW player mostly, since I scout for info and we are on a top 100 Guild when I do my attacks I plan them as safe as posible so beating a match to a 15% doesnt seem fun, maybe if S3 was that when enrage ignores ER but probably would have being to broken in that case... ohh well gotta keep using Rimuru to bait and kill those Hwayung for now.
I don't know if he'll be super good in RTA or arena, really. A little squishy for the current meta, and his stuff seems to be kinda limited in impact for how squishy he is. That said, I took him to the abyss challenge floor 8 (the Cecilia one) I was able to kinda forget her mechanics, use a pretty non-ideal team, and still get three stars. ARas, Tamtam, Ran, and Taeyou. One of the mobs kept non-attack-skilling, and then Taeyou would buff himself and rewind Cecilia's ult. His double hit on his S1 can proc off of a dual attack and does a lot of damage, so weakness was supa easy to proc.

Killing Cilias or Peira before they can think is the best thing I could ever ask for.
15% resist is ok , easy to deal with , 5% dual attack is a big problem For exemple one of my game in GW ive used aol to silence a violet 5 star vildred 6 star and a momorancy 4 star , they were realy weak , after the silence i wanted to kill with milim , and i had ml celine in case i get unlucky and someone get killed But violet was realy fast he attacked before millim , he used s1 against ml celine , trigered a door attack with vildred , vildred killed ml celine and manage to hit millim reducing her hp by only 30% , then he got cr push (his passive) used s1 again , hit millim again , door attack with violet to aol , she died , got a turn (artifact) used s3 and finaly killed millim The only way to prevent all that rng is to release a 130+ speed hero that will remove buffs with his non attack skill and stun with ignore resistance The closest we have is shuna but she can get resisted and need stacks But 15% resist is realy not bothering me , i can use ran , eda vildred and ml schuri to cleave anything , if theres earth unit , i can switch eda for ml dominiel and vildred to millim But thoses random dual attack killed my teams a lot more often than 15% resist

I think he is a 2/5. He is a utility hero but everything about him seems half baked, reminds a bit of Mort (initial release, he still is meh though). His S3 damage pales and his S1 damage sucks as well. Only his S1 extra dmg is somewhat noteworthy and it doesn't even get increased if you mola his s1, only his basic gets the multiplier. But honestly, for single target attacks they all pale. Like 250spd, 3k 280 fully molad with rage does only 6k damage on S1 against an oppenet with 1k defense. Looking at it in a vacuum, this is anything but mediocre. One 15% and his utility falls back insanely. His enrage should have given him "ignore ER for 2 buffs" instead of "dispell all buffs".
hey i got a absurd cheese i made yesterday u need to test it can make any unit cleave in rta u take mega resistent and slow ml achates and mega resistent christy on the ml achates any aoe dps hero and a fast pusher for ml achates, ml achates need to be on candle (the 3 star arti that reduce cooldown) and once she did she s2 on herself if she resistent engouth she litteraly cant die there no way to kill her if u dont ignore er then u just wait around 60 turn to get the rta long fight buff that reduce all hero hp by 70% and give them +200% atack and u revive the cleaver and he oneshot anything in the game nothing can survive it overkill so hard
