Epic 80km Sunrise Ride: Northaven to White Rock Lake on a Canyon Grail Gravel Bike 

What an incredible early morning ride! Starting at dawn on 9/28/2024, I set out on my Canyon Grail Gravel Bike for an 80 km loop through Dallas' Northaven Trail to White Rock Lake Trail and back via White Rock Trail. The weather was perfect, around 65°F (18°C), with a gentle breeze and clear skies. As I cruised along the smooth Northaven Trail, the sunrise painted the sky in pastel hues. Hitting the scenic White Rock Lake, the calm waters mirrored the vibrant morning light. The mixed gravel and pavement on this ride kept it fun, while the peaceful trails made it a perfect way to kickstart the day.
