Blue Gum Honey x 1.5 kg
Yellow Rocoto chilli peppers x 200g
Yeast nutrient x 1g
Mangrove Jacks Premium Wine Yeast x 9g
Spring water filled to 5L
Starting gravity: 1.098
Ferment for 5 weeks.
Final gravity: 1.04
ABV: 7.61
Stabilised with wine stabiliser.
Back-sweetened with 200g blue gum honey.
