These elevators haven't been known for being very reliable... One was already broken before this happened, leaving only 1 of 3 cars running. Everything seemed to be normal... until it arrived at 38. It made a horrible sounding scraping sound, which was SUPER loud in real life. I am pretty convinced that was the reason it wouldn't move. I'm not quite sure what happened to it, but my best guess is that it has something to do with the doors. This was kind-of my version of Dieselducy's "Steinberg" experience. At least these weren't busy, so it didn't take too long for the one car that was working to get to the 38th floor.
